Secrets … no way Long time customer and we have purchased many many pieces and spent thousands of dollars from Secrets Shhh but honestly the quality is not so good. Biggest issue is when you have a fault or issue and need a repair. They offer a “guarantee” but there is a catch. They replace a lost stone but the customer pays for the setting at high prices. While sales staff are generally very friendly they don’t always explain clearly the process or possible costs for repairs if needed when an item has a fault. The Manager at Secrets Chadstone is NEVER friendly and in my opinion has a no customer service skills or empathy. She is usually argumentative and confrontational in the way she deals with her customers. If a stone falls out it’s not just a repair but they add extra charges to fix it and don’t tell you about it up front. Spending thousands of $$$ in past years I will no longer allow my family to buy any jewelry from Secrets. At this point I am so over the whole lack of quality, process and service of Secrets Shhh Head office are also not much better. After raising concerns with them they said they would look into my situation and never followed up with a call. Repairs can take many weeks and communication is less than acceptable when you try to find out where your jewelry is. Everything is always a problem. I would never recommend their company or products now to anyone and will be telling anyone I can to go to local jewelers that offer better service with real products and yes might cost more but you pay for what you get and buying imitation low quality secret products (which are not cheap) is not worth your hard earned cash. The secret is out.. we will go elsewhere and whatever you do, don’t deal with the Chadstone store manager. Yeh Nah!

Salma & Lindsay we’re by far the best jewellers we had visited across all the stores in Melbourne, they were sooo nice, welcoming, attentive, professional and accommodating to the point where we didn’t even want to look elsewhere once we got there, Salma is soooo nice and and there wasn’t a problem to big for her or a request that was too small which made us really impressed. Lindsay was by far the most knowledgeable jeweller we came across during our wedding ring hunt and made the the process soo easy and even fun and enjoyable and even made some recommendations that with the ordering process as we were quite restricted with time and even helped me find a 2 gifts which my wife ended up loving. Honestly I can’t say thank you enough to Salma & Lindsay to Chadstone we wouldn’t have been able to do this without you guys and I will definitely be back.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Today my partner and I went into the Chadstone store and was served by an incredibly knowledge employee named Lindsey. We went in with intention of buying a necklace for my 21st birthday. She was incredibly detailed in her explanation of the different types of chains and pendants available, explaining the different strengths of the chains in store and partnering them with suitable charms/pendants. Importantly, she helped us accurately find a product within our budget without us feeling as though the sale was being forced upon us. No guilt or pressure buying here!! ☺️ We both felt incredibly welcomed in the store and valued as customers. Overall our experience with Lindsey was one that we will definitely remember. Will definitely be coming back to Lindsey to purchase other gift items for upcoming birthdays and events.

My partner and I went on holiday to Melbourne and we are beyond grateful that we went into Secrets to look for a new engagement ring. Ness was absolutely amazing! She ensured my partner and I were informed regarding quality, styles and much more. Great service and friendly people. I recently lost one of my earring the clasp and went into the store to buy a replacement. The sales rep I spoke to was really pleasant and helpful. She gave me advice on how to keep the clasps tight and suggested more reliable plastic clasps over the soft rose gold clasps. She ended up giving me a replacement rose gold clasp and some plastic ones free of charge. I really appreciated her suggestion of using the plastic ones over the gold ones. The plastic ones are so much grippier and give me more peace of mind.
