Purchased 5 Pieces in 12 months, one piece had to go to repair after 3 months, the other a $4k piece back in 3 months and a ring back in 2 weeks. After 6 weeks average repairs my $4k piece was still not fixed and not one person from head office cared or called me. Save your money for other companies - quality is so poor here

The ring looked beautiful in the shop when I purchased it for Christmas. This is what it looked like on Christmas Day!! No cleaning kit provided, all tarnished. Family comment "was that a cheap ring"??? No at all satisfied with my Christmas ring!

I'm unhappy with this store as they originally told me that the ring that I most preferred can be custom made to a smaller size. But after I have paid, they told me the ring CANNOT be make into a smaller size because they no longer continue
