This location just recently opened. The facility is very nice and clean. There's plenty of parking inside and the loading area is spacious. My storage space was clean and fresh when issued. As for the neighborhood,...it's DTLA, the south area of DTLA, ehhh. The facility has gate codes, lots of cameras, TV monitors and closes at night. The front desk, store manager, Shanice, is nice and amazing. She explained the terms, went over the details and answered all my questions. The process was smooth. Thanks for your help Shanice.

Shanice was so amazing!! I just got a brand new storage unit, I was kind of nervous about getting a storage unit for the first time but she was so sweet, so helpful and kind and it made everything so much easier!! Thank you for being so great Shanice

This facility is brand new with excellent security and is centrally located. It also has a huge underground garage as well. My rental agent was Tyson and he is awesome. But everyone here is really great. Kudos to Shanice as well.

Location is extremely clean and secure and has ample hassle free parking. Units themselves are very clean and well lit! Tyson was extremely friendly , and very organized, he made the process very quick.

My daughter got storage here. Everyone was so helpful. I noticed on one of the papers when she signed up no dogs are allowed in or around the premises. Just so you know before you go here for storage.

Extremely secure and safe environment exceptionally well maintained. Management very courteous & knowledgeable of his facility. If you have storage needs you should definitely consider this place.
