Brought in three items of clothing and two came back with visible marks and damage. I was condescendingly spoken to, misogynistically and repeatedly referenced as ‘darl’ and mansplained that there was no way their cleaning process could have caused the damage. I can accept that the clothes are a bit older, but the pulled threads and damage aligning exactly where their hanger sat was certainly not due to the age of the clothes. Clearly not even a passing thought that they might be at fault nor the token offer of a partial refund (which wouldn’t even redress 10% of the cost of replacement). The only offer was to send it away for “investigation” - a waste of everyone’s time for damage that was clearly irreparable. More than the damage, was the lack of respect or common courtesy in how I was addressed when I raised the concerns.

I called looking for a dry cleaner that would help me clean a dress and a dress shirt for a wedding but we were on a tight time frame. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and said to bring it in so he could have a look and see if that was possible. I ended up getting the garments in time and the prices were incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend this dry cleaner to family and friends and will definitely be using their services again. Very rude and unhelpful. I called to confirm i could have a jacket dry cleaned within 3 days they said no problem. Arrived and the person who served me was extremely rude and acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. Would not recommend this place at all. Went to a shop around the corner and they could have it done same day.

I had my wedding dress cleaned at See Drycleaners (red dirt on the hemline and skirt). Although the service was quite expensive (I was quoted $650-$750), the dress was cleaned very well and looked brand new at return. I would recommend the team for anyone looking for wedding dress drycleaning.

The man that served me was so kind and wonderful. He was able to do a task that I couldn’t find anyone else to do. I called 40 dry cleaners and not one could do it but him. I was very appreciative and he was so wonderful. I would 110% recommend and I will definitely be returning! :)

17 stars, all the way...... Tony, is the best!! I gave him a couple of dress and to coats, ( 1 of the dresses had an aged stain!), to which he was able to get it out, yay. The coats came up looking like new. Very happy..... Found my dry cleaners......

Rang to enquire about prices. When I asked if there was a discount for multiple items I was very aggressively told that they had been there for 30 years and didn't do discounts. Not sure why he felt I needed the attitude but good luck to them.

Tony really looked after my suit and business shirts dry cleaning and my wife's dress alteration. They came out looking like new and the service was very professional and responsive. Will definitely use See Drycleaners/Tony again

New stain on blazer after dry cleaning. Failed to disclose in person to me, also charged full price of cleaning. Only saw this with their paper notice after I arrived home with it. It’s my favourite blazer.....
