I did have 5 stars,... but unfortunately when it comes to using apps like Uber their service is not up to scratch They forgot to give the driver an item, yet when I called they said I have to deal with uber. I said I want the missed item, sorry you have to deal with uber to reorder it?? Even though they forgot it, As I still wanted it Uber are saying I can have a refund via a text and still no response. And to be honest I had to call them again as the food was unsatisfactory and they were not interested in helping. The meat was very tough and not chopped up like every other massaman curry I've ever had. They said I didn't "specify slow cooked" . I've never been asked for options for massaman curry, it's always soft tender meat in a curry and in chunks not a long string of semi cut tough meat . (See picture attached) . It tasted awful. So I now have to order something from another restaurant as this is going into the bin. Because of this poor dealing, I am no longer a loyal customer. As that isn't good service.

A Great New Restaurant I have been coming here on a regular basis since it opened a few months ago, I have noticed the changes made to the restaurant making it very inviting, it is well worth dropping in to taste the food, the chef has his specials (you have to try them) but not all on the first visit, you want spicy, really spicy or no spice, he will cook to your requirements. Curry puffs, satay chicken sticks, Green Thai Curry so much to chose from, the most important part is the Deep fried ice cream I strongly recommend you'll love it. Currently they have no Liquor Licence but may be available mid to late February They have Take away, they use Menu Log and have eftpos .

Where do i start... ordered by ringing the restaurant, order took 90 mins (1hr and a half) to arrive, then the delivery guy didn't know how much we had to pay, so left the food and told us he would be back later. The owner rang wondering why it hadn't been paid, told her the delivery guy had no clue how much we owe, she tried to convince us to pay by credit card which we refused then had to send the delivery guy out again. Not happy that we ordered at 630 and got food after 8pm especially because our children were waiting for dinner too. Will definitely be going back to our usual thai at the shopping centre in carrum downs.

Stopped by this evening for a tom yum soup. Can say I have tried just about every tom yum soup anywhere nearby and this was easily one of the best. Typically they are only entree size, but I am very pleased that I was able to and did get a large. For the price I paid, there were a decent amount of prawns and veggies that weren't from frozen (and actually belonged in the soup). Glad I stopped by!

Called for pick up. 15-20 mins. Food just ready on arrival, steaming hot. Got pad see yew and a very good Massaman chicken. Fairly reasonable prices with quick and efficient service. The pad was so tasty... best I’ve had. So much flavour on the noodles and the chilli hit I desired was perfectly executed. Quite generous servings and easy to unpack. I think it’s the best in the area out of the few others. Great job Sen Yai!

I have never written a review before as i have never fealt the need; However if this message gets to 1 person i will be happy. I waited just shy of 40 minutes. Got prioritised over twice with no apologies. Only once i went to the counter did they show any remorse. If you are happy to waste your time. Go ahead. At this stage if anyone asks me about thai food i will have to recommend another place. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

First time oredering from here. Thought id give it a go as the was a good amount of good reviews. Pretty disappointed I ordered pineapple fried rice. There was about 5 small pieces of pineapple it was filled with huge chunks of onion and very oily. The curry puffs lacked any curry just tasted like potato. Overall the food was pretty tasteless.

On multiple occasions this restaurant has incompleted orders, delivered unordered food, and delivers 1 hour late consistently. The lack of responsibility shown through never compensating for their mistakes, never have they apologised or delivered goods ordered that were never received. Its clearly evident that the staff and manager here are incompetent, inconsiderate and naiive.

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered the meal no problem, only after we had paid did the waitress proceed to tell us there would be a half hour wait. Fast track an 1 hour later and there is still no food to be seen! Asked what was taking so long and we were told we're next about 5 times. Don't think we'll EVER be going back here, such a waste of time.

A lovely small restaurant that seats about 20 guests. Delicious food, served hot and quickly, lots of variety. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed with our meal. Ordered 2 Tom yum soups $11.90 each for a small takeaway tub not a bowl that we were expecting. 1/2 cherry tomato, 3 pieces of mushroom, 4 prawns & the rest onion pieces (some still had the onion skin on them). Chicken pad satay 3 pieces of chicken at $15.90. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible experience. When I called the girl couldnt speak english so she put another girl on who was marginally better. Took ages to order then the food took 1.5hrs to arrive. Food was bland and the beef was chewy. This place is an insult to Thai restaurants DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered here many times and last time waited 1.5 hours for food which turned up cold and after calling to complain they didn’t want to know and said it was hot and was told I’m banned from ordering what the !! Worst customer service ever never again …

Ordered food from here for the first time as our regular Thai restaurant was closed over the Xmas break. Staff were very helpful over the phone when placing order. Food was fresh & large servings. Was very impressed & taste great. Will be coming back.

Food was DELICIOUS! They accidently made me a chicken curry instead of the beef I had ordered. They very quickly made me another meal and gave me additional rice and the chicken curry to apologise. Exceptional customer service! We will be back!! More

Wasn’t all that impressed this time round, The curry dishes were full of sauce with only a few pieces of meat, felt ripped off. Don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while

Just came home, first time there. Bought the set takeaway menu. Everything lovely, except, they forgot my rice!!!!! Staff lovely, venue cute. But they should check there takeaway orders before handing them over!! No rice …

Quick response time on take away pick up order. 20 minutes and was ready when I arrived. We got the pad Thai, dang ped red duck curry, coconut rice, spring rolls and roti bread. All very tasty! Would order again for sure. Free prawn crackers too

Been a long time customer. Ordered recently, sauce and curry has been watered down significantly and amount is less too. Disappointed with the changes if it’s due to inflation. Price raised and quality down i am not ordering again.

Love that they wrap my take always in cling wrap. Very easy to order over the phone very easy to order via their website you can also use menu log and other delivery companies if you prefer.The food as per usual was spot on

Tried some food from here for the first time yesterday. The portion sizes are good and the food tasty. We ordered take away via an online app, that said, food was still hot when it arrived. Good for a cold night

Yum Yum Yum didn't even know it existed. It's very hard for me to get the courage to try new places my sister took me there it was delicious very clean and friendly staff. Definitely will be going again.❤️

Love this place. Staff are lovely. Never disappointed. Slow cooked massaman is yummy. Quiet restaurant. Busy take away. Only negative is toilet is communal and about 50m away.

Coconut rice was very very oily! Very mushy! No flavour ! Curry was bland and no flavour. Threw it out. What a waste of $ Not to mention, food took over 1.5 hours..

We chose 4 items from the take away menu. Curry, wok dish and prawn fried rice were all delicious, have had better fish cakes. All in all was a pleasant dinner.

This is the second time we have had dinner from here and both times have been amazing. Thank you for the flavors of Thailand at an extremely affordable price.

The fried rice and the entree calamari are my favourites, but I'm slowly working through the menu. My go-to for Thai.

Food was ok just got take way was told 23 minutes for pick up got there 25 mins still waited another 20 min for meal.
