From a bleach blonde pixie, back to my natural hair color, grown to a long bob with blunt fringe, to highlights, and back to my beloved bleached pixie (not to mention every stage in between the aforementioned)...Emma has been my go-to girl. Simply put--she is amazing! An artist! I know I can always trust Emma to give me the best cut (and color) and often just sit in the chair and say, "Do whatever you want!" and I always, always, always leave happy. Plus, the attention I get on the street speaks volumes for her skills. After traveling through Europe for a month, I desperately needed a haircut. After having the same stylist for years, it's difficult to put trust into someone else. A fabulous experience from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave! Having only moved to Paris a few months ago, I was a bit apprehensive to have my hair cut in a new salon. Upon arrival to my appointment at Sequence Paris, I was warmly greeted by Emma, who after a thorough consultation, delivered exactly what I was hoping to achieve. Emma is a warm and engaging lovely lady, who has now been taking excellent care of my hair for the last 6 months!! I can't recommend coming here highly enough, it's a real treat - worth every penny!

This salon was a godsend! We had a wedding and needed a stylist for two updos on short notice. As Americans in Paris, this was already a daunting task, so we were relieved to find this English-speaking salon. Not only were they able to get us in, but they did a fantastic job of it! Emma did wonderful work on our hair and was so kind, personable, and accommodating. The salon is in a cute and accessible area and Emma worked tirelessly to make sure that our updos were exactly as we wanted them. Thank you!

Emma is an incredible hairdresser. When I first went to her my hair was super dead and long overdue for a good hair cut. Emma made it look alive again! And exactly the color I wanted. While in Paris she took me from a brunette with split ends to a blonde with healthy hair! Which is pretty impressive! Plus she told me tricks for how to keep my hair healthy in between appointments. I highly recommend Emma if you care about your hair! I’m bummed I’m not in Paris anymore to have Emma do my hair.

Absolutely amazing cut and color from Simon in February! Very nice salon, and they made me feel like one of the girls over for a visit on a relaxing Saturday! Note: remember to bring cash or French bank check for payment, they don’t take cards! UPDATE: incredible cut and color by Emma today! She’s so intuitive with color and style! Also a great conversationalist, and really made me feel comfortable, welcome, and beautiful. I’d highly recommend her salon and definitely will be back!

Wonderful experience all around. I have now been to Emma's salon multiple times for color and cuts and each has been a pleasure. I trusted her enough to make make big changes to my hair which I had left the same for over a decade. In Emma's super capable hands, it turned out beautifully and I won't go back to my old hair :) . Emma really listens to what you want and gives you good counsel - I recommend Emma for a professional yet human experience, and of course, great styling.

I just had my second haircut with Emma and I'm very happy with the results! She is very professional and skilled. I have thick, long hair, and she knows how to handle it and gives me a cut that works with my hair. Sometimes this can be a problem with other hairdressers. It's also a very pleasant experience in the salon, it has a nice ambiance and Emma is a super lovely person and I enjoy the conversation! Happy customer here, I'll be back :)

Made the transition of going to a new stylist very easy. I had been with another stylist for many years in Paris so it wasn't easy to make the decision to trust someone new, but I immediately felt like I had been seeing Emma for many years. In other words, you will be in good hands with her. Also, I'm not quite sure how she managed it but after many months of regrowth due to the first confinement, she made my highlights look very natural!

My experience at Emma’s salon was nothing short of exceptional! Warm and welcoming, Emma really takes the time to get to know her clients and their habitual hair routines to know exactly how their hair should be cut. The products she uses make your hair smell amazing, and she gives excellent head massages during the washing. Her prices are excellent for the Paris-Rive Gauche area. I will definitely be going back to see her!

Sequence is a godsend. I have been visiting Emma for my cut and colour since Sequence opened and have always loved my hair. After never being satisfied with the results of various French hairdressers, it was such a relief to be able to explain exactly what I wanted, and to have it happen! Emma is a sweetheart, and visiting Sequence is a wonderful oasis for some pampering without the cultural and translating hassles.

These people will rejuvenate your hair. Bring your bad hair. They will make it good. Ask them how you will like your hair. They will do it. If you ask them to put a banana on your hair, it will be considered. If it does not suit your face, the banana will be removed. But, you will still be happy. One of t h e lady is from United Kingum. The other is from somewhere like Texas. So you know all bases are covered.

A warm welcome and great atmosphere. I got my haircut by Alex who was so attentive to what I wanted and to my curly hair. The blowout left my hair so voluminous and bouncy. Highly recommended! Just make sure to come with cash only.

Worst haircut of my life. It’s been almost two months and I still can’t do anything with my hair. They don’t know how to take instructions, definitely can’t do thick hair or layers. Extremely disappointing
