After using Serenity for my mother's funeral six years ago, my father pre-paid for his own with them as well. Every staff person that we interacted with was professional and compassionate. Each step of the funeral planning process was handled extremely well and with no complaints. And, in comparing notes with others, it seems that the prices at Serenity are likely far more reasonable than with other funeral homes. When my mother died, during the viewing I realized that one of her pieces of clothing wasn't quite right, which really wouldn't have been obvious to anyone else but me, but the staff at Serenity very graciously had it changed prior to the funeral the next day. I greatly appreciated it. After having seen Serenity handle two funerals so well, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. I will certainly plan to use them again in the future.
Last week we had to go in there for the passing of my dear father in law. We had our appt with Kinley. She was absolutely the sweetest young lady, there was no high pressure, she paused when it was obviously a difficult moment for my mother in law, kind and compassionate. It was such a relief that there wasn’t a sales pitch of pushy sales, it felt genuine and caring for what we were going through. She was informative and helpful. During such a hard time this was exactly the experience I had hoped for but didn’t think would be. I would highly recommend going to Serenity rather than other funeral homes because of Kinley!
Both Nathan in the initial contact, and Marty during the final decision process, were very professional and helpful in arranging the cremation of my father-in-law. Nathan answered emails on Saturday evening and clearly explained our options. Marty was understanding and there was not even a hint of trying to "upsell" us. He clearly explained any options and immediately accepted our decisions. He was very supportive and sincere. As my mother-in-law said to Marty, "this is not an ideal time, but it was a pleasure working with you". I am very happy that we chose Serenity at this very difficult time.
Brigitte and the team at Serenity have been amazing to work with through the entire process. Beyond professionalism, Brigitte was compassionate, informative and a source of comfort from the time Dad passed through his Celebration of Life. The entire team - John, Destiney, Heather, Sam and more behind the scenes, I’m sure - walked us through all the preparations and paperwork, and helped us navigate the complexities of such a loss with kindness, flexibility and attentiveness.
With held my father's death certificate from me unless I paid 3 grand upfront for the cremation, gave me no payment plan options, told me nothing about how to find funding options, when I got upset they said I could find another funeral home. I do not recommend this place, they are cold tell you no options and just want your money.
Serenity provided excellent, professional services for the funeral of our father. Marty provided quick and clear communication for all our questions and planning. The day of the funeral went off entirely smoothly with Serenity staff taking care of our grieving family.
Tracy Wood and staff were amazing! They looked after our every need, and did it quickly. This is my 2nd time I have used Serenity and you won't be disappointed, during a very difficult time, They made it painless and everything ran smoothly thank you!
Overall pleased with the service I got from Marty and the Staff. Pricing was fair and they were open to helping where they could. Would suggest dealing with grieving people to time scheduling issues, for the the staff this is not always an easy job.
Serenity went above and beyond for us and we appreciate Nathalie and Cheryl for all the help. A loss is never easy but they helped us with compassion and understood what we we’re going through, thank you ladies for helping with everything.

Everyone at Serenity was wonderful and very professional. I am at a loss for words for how their team was able to turn something so painful into a graceful and smooth experience. Thank you Cory and all your colleagues!

I needed a death notice and all the staff were very helpful. It was all done within 1 day. Thank you, Serenity Staff.
They seem to be out to get as much cash from you as possible. Lacking in compassion and empathy.
In our time of grief there were there for us. Very caring. Thank you.
Very very poor customer service. Staff are very inconsiderate.
