This is for all folks getting home delivery of flowers from Shades of Rainbow. I have been a regular customer for the past several months; however, the quality of flowers has been steadily deteriorating. The last delivery of pink oriental lilies (bunch of 10 bulbs) on January 30th was the last straw in a series of such deliveries. The real concern is the apathy of the florist, especially once you become regular with them, they will cheat you immediately after. Everyone order at their own peril !

I would give no stars if possible. Called the person, confirmed the details, he said it would come in 15 mins, but it never came and it was a huge order amount. He blocked my call and even if I used another number, he immediately blocks. Will file a police complaint as I could not locate the place

My boyfriend ordered their bouquet for me on valentine's day and these people didn't deliver it. They ignored his messages on valentine's day and didn't take his calls. Worst service ever. Really bad customer service too. Please don't order from here.

Very bad experience after ordering a bouquet from their shop , ignored all my messages and calls and also delivered a day before the actual delivery date Not at all customer friendly . Worst service ever !!!

Lovely experience very well decorated and freshness of the bouquet were up to the mark. Worth every penny spent here for giftings. Highly recommended.
