I was really happy for the service provided. I am staying in abroad we were planning to come to India on January, but suddenly the plan changed due to the pandemic. I usually connect with my family via video call so I saw suddenly the paint was not in good condition I asked my parents about it and they told due to this pandemic they were scared to call people and I pretty sure they were scared to call people and I am pretty sure there will be something. I am searching in online suddenly I got shades and spectra . I connected them via online and I was impressed with the service they have provided and felt why give them a chance. Itold strictly there were elderly people so you have to do work very consuesly they wear mask and sanitizer and have successfully completed the job and they have kept their words. Availed the services couple of weeks ago. We were assisted by Pavan from the company who was very professional & patient in his approach. Visited us multiple times on our request before the painting work started. The team guided and helped us in paint & colour selection, designs. The team covered furniture and other items with plastic sheets to avoid damange. The job started at a good pace and service quality and was completed within the timelines. The painters cleaned and removed paint stains as much as they could. Advise to other customers: Please ensure things are covered properly because there will be a lot of marks you will notice after the painting and cleaning is done. To my surprise, they painted all the doors and balcony doors provided by the builder and when I complained about it, they stopped responding since they have already made the payment. Extremely poor response. Post inspection did not even bother to share a quote. After follow ups, they say that they will share immediately but then again there is no response. They may be good with their work, but unless they need to develop proper professionalism and service towards customers, which is lacking today
