They don't deserve any star at all, if there was a minus marking button I would press that instead. I did half head foil from them yesterday. Asked them clearly how much its gonna cost, they replied $4 each and I need 8 foils in total and gonna cost me $32. When I was done, they charged me $76!!! When I asked but u said $32, the girl not only denied also said she did 19 foils on my hair. What a big lie!!! She did 4 at the back, 3 at one side and 3 at another that comes all together 10 and I supposed to pay $40. But they charged me allmost double!!!! WTH!!! They could not give any satisfactory answer also. I told the owner to check her CCTV footage but she denied to do so. I am very Annoyed!!! Sharing my bad experience with you guys so that you could get alert. if you go there plz ask very clearly in front of other customers if possible or best you can do is, record conversation . . Ladies, it's not about money, it's about Ethics....

I used to go there very often when the other three girls(Renu, Sonia and someone else) were there. I was happy with their service. One day they were busy and Yogita did my eyebrow threading and I felt so much pain and the eybrows became swallowed straight away. I had to stop the threading immediately.After that, I didn't do threading with Yogita. But never said anything to anyone. Today I went to the shop and she told me, I complained to another staff that her threading is bad. How unprofessional she is! Before she also tried to humiliating me indirectly as I was not going to her. I could make a choice and she shouldn't feel so offended for that. I am really shocked with her behaviour! Never ever going there again!

I called prior to coming and was told I can come now for my eyebrows. When I reached the salon (being on a very tight schedule) the lady told me I should come back in half an hour because there are other people waiting (there was only one person there). She spoke very rudely to me and did not show any empathy on how tight on schedule I was. Not happy.

Very rude and poor customer service. The owner is very rude. Having to wait more than 1 hour to get my eyebrows done, not once but numerous times. There were only 2 ladies working and 7 customers on the weekend, logic would say to hire another 1 or 2 people. Would not recommend this place. Avoid the place altogether if you can.

I blame myself to go there! Rude owner , bad manner ! She needs some coaching in customer service, during my waiting time, she didn’t even acknowledge to any of us! I was waiting for an hour to do my eyebrows done! I wonder why she doesn’t hire a staff! Never ever go back, never recommend to go there!
