Food: Ordered the Shake Shack burger, cheese fries and the Orange Creamsicle to drink All were consistent with in terms of quality, taste and temperature as I've had before Note that portions are on the smaller side The food is on par with similar establishment in terms of price Like many places, prices are continuing to rise while portion sizes appear to be continuously shrinking Atmosphere: The music was incredibly loud, the decor included a lot of metal furnishings i.e. the booth benches It's definitely not an atmosphere that's conducive to conversation or a quiet, relaxing meal (not that I expect that from a chain burger establishment) Service: In one word: bad. I placed my order using one of the available kiosks I waited at my table for 18 minutes before approaching the counter to inquire why it was taking so long It turns out, my order was never made The team member who served me apologized but never offered an explanation as to why my order was missed If ordered placed through the kiosk are not getting made, there's clearly a problem For that alone, I would not return to this location

Being unfamiliar with this well known burger place and having few other choices I tried it. See the bill and what was ordered. This was for one person! The burger did have fresh meat and was yummy. I added bacon. There was also something strange on it. Some sort of deep fried cheese/meat combination in the burger. It was disgusting. I only wanted a double burger with bacon. Nearly $4 for crinkled fries. Nearly $5.50 for this small strawberry shake with no hint of real strawberries. I would order only the burger and/or pass on this place. You get similar food from 5 guys but seems like a better volume of food. I felt like I got my money's worth there. Business was good with lots of people seemingly enjoying their food. Different strokes for different people.

First time soliciting this restaurant I was mistaken in using a menu kiosk wasting time ordering when I should had use a human cashier. After a long period of time I noticed there were more people waiting than eating in the dining area. When I received my hamburger and shake, I didn't realize that the burger was child size, however it didtaste delicious. Minutes later I started to eat a warm burger when it should have been hot. The shake was warm rich tasting chocolate foam until I got to the end when it was finally cool. I thought with amount of workers that there would be efficient service and decent food. I doubt I will return back.

Shake Shack has become big quickly coming New York and also very popular who enjoy burgers very much. This is my first time at Shake Shack also my wife,we went into Shake Shake first we people ordering at these Kiosk. We went to one of this kiosk machine order our food. We pay there we went find a table and wait for our number. They our number I pick our order then our food looks good but how it taste. I order the Shake Shack burger with cheese fries and a no way Shake it's a coffee mocha Shake. I took a bite of it but it good but it was average burger but the Shake was too much coffee flavor. The cheese fries were good.

Solid burger and crinkle fries( 4/5). The fried chicken sandwich was over fried, and the oil made it taste bitter. The 3 star review is for the customer service, which was lacking in basic mannerisms. I skipped the kiosk favoring human interaction and a faster service. You'd expect a greeting, eye contact, or a smile. Perhaps they didn't hear when I said, " Hi, how are you doing this evening," or " thank you" when I was served.

This is one of the best locations of Shake Shack I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is clean, it’s organized well, and isn’t too crowded. Food is also prepared well and prepared in time. The fries are fried crisply and aren’t soggy. They also sell vegetarian burgers here too!

The burger was so flavorful, definitely the best one I have had in a while. The spicy fries were not too spicy, but had just enough kick they were amazing. The strawberry shack was just the right consistency and very tasty.

First shake shack experience and its far better than expected. The burgers are worth the price. The service staff were very helpful. As a traveller from the Uk i was unable to use the self service kiosks as you needed a us phone number. The till staff quickly helped out. I would come back, would also look at trying other Shake Shacks in the US.
