Shapes Executive Gym is really a fully Loaded and furnished Gym in true words I have ever seen before it's too much luxurious and upto the mark with all the lavish facilities, like Swimming Pool, Judu Karate, Gym etc I really impressed to see this type of Gym here. We must have Membership with Shapes Executive Gym.

This gym is located in center of gulberg with all state of the art facilities of gym. Including tuc shop, Juice shop, nutritional doctor and has a mosque too. A little expensive but I think worth it. The general trainers really help you out just like a full time pampering trainer. Without paying extra. That is good. Good timings available too. 6 30 to 10 30. Some machines are limited in number but not a problem in less rush hours.

A great place to work out. Good calibrated equipment and extra nice and helpful staff (reception.,support and gym deck). There's good socially distant space available specially during the first half. It's always a great and fulfilling experience.

They have a variety of equipment available along with general trainers that you can always ask for help. The gym is also Temperature controlled and very spacious. Staff are also the most helpful I’ve seen out of any other gym I’ve been to.

Centrally located. Quite a nice place with all exercise activities. Well maintained & sufficient heavy duty machines in the gym. But terrible customer service on behalf of the management and gym instructors, at least in the ladies gym.

For women's section (Shapes Gulberg): Its just the tiles and fancy marble. The female trainers there are not enough trained themselves except less than even few i.e., 1 or 2 who by the way have also got an attitude of a self-involved

Life member of Shapes executive Gym since 1996. The place has really improved in all aspects. The equipment of the Gym is good, Coaches are dedicated, swimming pool is clean. All in all it is a 5 star gym good in all aspects.

Shapes Executive Gym is pathetic. About atmosphere I can give only 25 numbers out of 100 marks. Airconditioning is absolutely hopeless and not working properly, in-short this is not the place to join as a classy gym.

One of the best gyms in Lahore. However they will kill your hair cells with 180 dB loud music 24/7 so better to use a headset if planning on working out for >2 hours.

Been going here for swimming mostly for nearly 20 years. It's gotten expensive over the years but they have the best pool in town. The one in DHA is even better.
