This was my first time riding the light rail! I had no clue as to where to park, buy fare tickets, board or anything. I must say the people in this area were some of the nicest people I've ever met! Three different people guided me and my kids along, the 1st person showed me where to park and where to buy the tickets, the 2nd helped me go through the process of buying the tickets on the kiosk which is on the platform where you board. The 3rd person came up to help with tickets and showed us which way we needed to be going whenever the 2nd person was having to board. If it weren't for these kind people I probably would have left and just drove into uptown myself. As for the station itself, it was clean and plenty of parking on the weekday I visited. Could use a sign or two for first timers like myself. The train was clean and the ride into uptown was relaxing. I purchased round trip tickets and for an adult it was $4.40 and child was $2.50. I purchased tickets at 2:02pm and they expired the next day @ 3am.

Very unsafe stop with cameras that only stop working when something bad happens , but works well when CATS wants to harass random passengers . Should be investigated and probed before something happens , not after

Parking fills up early. The counter does not work to indicate how many parking spots are left. Usually used as the shuttle area for the golf tournaments.

Excellent option to driving. Pe on alert at the stop after dark. There is no security.

Love the Light rail. Took us straight to the Hornets Arena & it's free on Sunday.
