Shaunna is, hands down, the best realtor in Ottawa. Buying a house, especially if it's the first time one buys a house can be a very stressful and tiring experience. Shaunna was there every step of the way, booking viewing whenever I asked her, pointing out anything and everything that I should be worried about in a house and answering the tons of questions that I had for the process and for each house individually. Her responsiveness and knowledge of the housing market is astounding. She always replied quickly to my emails and messages whether it was early morning or late at night. Furthermore, she was frequently sending new listings for properties that meet my criteria. She genuinely cares about her clients and will do everything so that they can get their dream house! Finally, without her recommendations and suggestions I wouldn't be able to close my dream house! Searching for a house is a long, tiring and stressful process but Shaunna made this much much easier.
