Disgusting service today! I normally fill up at Caltex but due to my kids demanding that I collect minis for them, I filled up at your store. So after filling up petrol and went in to pay and over head the attendant saying that they ran out of minis. I asked if they can contact another store and the attendant was giving me attitude and said there was a sign outside on the pump saying no minis. This was cleverly disguised! Happy to show photo. I asked to speak with the manager or even ask what the managers name is and they told me that he is overseas. They refused to cooperate with me. And the replacement manager forgot to order minis. Avoid this petrol station and go up the road

I wish I could give a zero. The old Indian lady who worked on Monday 11/4/2022 at 1:20pm needs a training. She was horrible no hi no hello extremely rude not helpful. I was trying to scan my flybuys and their scanner wasn’t working I hardly might have took 2 mint to make it work. She was Rolling her eyes while chewing chewing gum. When I paid she didn’t even let the payment go though already start serving the next lady without even saying do you need recipe etc or a bye completely ignored. Shame on you for this kind a service.

The prices for this petrol station is usually higher than nearby stations (or even other coles express stations around Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne or Clyde). I'm not sure why the price in this station was 125 yesterday and the Woolworths Caltex at cnr of Kangan drive clyde rd is 115. 10 c a litre is significant. And It's not just yesterday, I've seen this difference lot of times in the past. Coles express, Please make this petrol prices at this station competitive with other nearby stations.

Very pathetic customer service. I wish i could give zero rating. A staff named (Ninan) was very rude and does not know how to behave with customer. Literally no ethics and not capable to solve a problem. Zero effort to satisfy the customer complaing about an issue. Coles always proud to hire best people but this time they made a wrong choice.

The old Caucasian lady at the counter is pretty good at making people feel bad when not donating to their kids for cancer. I only had had my shell card on me and she told me that I could go back to my car, get my wallet and donate. I never knew that donating was compulsory. Maybe she needs some customer service training..

This particular Shell always has the most expensive petrol, even when compared to other Shell's within 5-10 min promiximity it's always as much as 10 cents more. This shows just how greedy and money hungry you guys are. I really hope you're forced to close down very soon.

Went to ask for cashout on Sat 28th august at 8.30pm needed urgent to pay my food in cash. he said not at this time, he was so rude and useless. Like does not want to work here. Did not even ask me to check in either. Consider going somewhere else if wanted service.

Very little 98 pumps. Seems to cater heavily for deisel cars. If your cap is on the left side, you've only got 2 pumps available. Other than that it's a pretty standard petrol station. Probly better off fuelling up at another place.

Clean pumps that don't look they are from the last century and good customer service. Wish that that sometimes they had more pumps, store was larger and they didn't ask you about their specials.

Location is great, being at the Eden Rise Village area. Staff is nice, friendly and not pushing to sell any of their goods. Pumps are clean, and everything is organized.

Their petrol price is the most expensive one in Melbourne. I can’t understand why some people are filling up petrol there.

Make sure you check your receipts! I went in there with a valid 4c off docket and they didn’t apply it. What a rip off!

Very expensive petrol. You can fill up much cheaper somewhere else. I don't recomend them at all.
