Not too sure about this one. Purchased petrol today from Pump No 4. Entered store behind lady purchasing groceries only. In front of her was male driver of large, 4WD wagon parked at pump on south side of petrol station. He was actually finished being served as I walked into the store. VERY QUICK SERVICE FOR HIM AS IT TURNED OUT. Male attendant. Male driver took time leaving, for some reason delaying so much that the groceries lady was served at second counter. As she was being very quickly being served (groceries only-cash payment) male walked to his large 4WD and started motor. Male attendant then attempted to serve me at register 1, only to find that the 4WD driver had claimed MY petrol as being his supply. Male attendant then looked out of the office window and confirmed my vehicle at Pump 4, with 4WD attempting to drive off. Male attendant then ran out of store stopping the 4WD. Female manager then came out of inner office, looked at the computer and told me that the bill for the 4WD was SUBSTANTIALLY more than my bill. Matter was sorted out after some minutes with 4WD driver coming in and paying the correct amount for his Petrol Guzzler. Question is. How come that 4WD driver was able to claim my pump number when, after closing the pump off, I walked straight into the station to find that, in effect, he had IMMEDIATELY paid for my petrol WITHOUT the male attendant checking to see where that drivers vehicle was. I was either with my white ute or walking to and entering the store when the claim for my account was made. That 4WD driver nearly got away with not paying for the full amount of his petrol, which, as the female manager stated, was quite Substantial. INTERESTING.

Fuelled up here ($20.11) went to pay and had the wrong debit card on me. Service attendant (Jodie) told me I had an hour to come back and pay or else she would call the police on me for fuel theft! I phoned the police and asked my rights and was informed that every petrol station has a different policy but it wasn’t uncommon to allow 24 hours to pay. I went back after a few hours and paid, the attendant (not Jodie) was extremely rude, not courteous at all, treated me like I was a criminal. I have been fuelling up here for about 8 months religiously and in light of my treatment over such a minor thing, I will not be using this service station further, not for any of my family’s needs. Amazing what $20.11 can do!

Small, yet large in what is available for the on the go travellers, hungry or thirsty and workers. Hot food and coffee available, a bit like a little mini mart for on the go people! Friendly customer service. Ample fuel pumps. A clean and tidy toilet facility available. I rated this 5 star due to that little extra that the female manager and the male customer service persons friendly and courteous approach and attitude towards customers enquiries and needs.

$0.17cents NO PETROL...THIS IS THE TREND AT ALL COLES EXPRESSES ...PLS BE AWARE... DO NOT PUT YOUR BOWSER NOZZLE FULLY INTO YOUR FUEL TANK....THEN SQUEEZE THE TRIGGER ....U WILL GET NO PETROL OR FUEL... PLS TRIED FOR YOUR SELVES.... I just visited this coles express and I was so upset to see a staff member working in extreme heat. She was not complaining at all but I could see she was clearly very hot and trying to keep herself calm and collected. I am so disappointed. Please fix the air conditioning ASAP!!!!!

Extremely rude services from Jodi and Fiona. Will not be going there ever again. Will definitely file a complaint through to the head office, it’s a shame that they hire somebody like these two to put the whole company’s name down.

Nice clean little shop. But lady at the counter was popping her pimples then handling my items with little bit of blood on her hands. Disgusting! Next wave of virus’ right there. Need better health and safety implemented

My local servo.. Can get busy.. but usually a fast pump and trasanction and you'll be on your way! Lovely friendly customer service cashiers, always have a wuite a few cheap discounts in store.

What extremely rude customer service.. So unacceptable . JODI who thinks she owns the joint needs to just tone it down and may be get some good sleep. What a disgrace to the company.. RUDE !!!

This is my regular fillup station... staff ate friendly and quick service. Very convenient location... cheap coffee available here too... dies get busy during peak times.

Very pleasant staff. This has become my regular fill up point, either on the way to work or on the way back home. Easier to get to and out of than the one in Hallam.

I would give a zero if i can. The staff don't allow me to use another discount from coles as i always do. Very rude and poor service！ won't come back anymore！

Poor customer service. Staff particularly in evening has poor attitude. Coffee machine running out of milk. Not impressed
