Horrible experience. I pulled up to a pump and it was not working. It Stopped every 30 seconds while i was pumping gas. I know my tank was not full because my car was almost on empty and the gas kept stopping. I had used a discount i had of 30 cents off to pay for gas. I went back inside to ask them to switch it over to another pump and they refused to give me my 30 cents off because I “used” it while I pumped at gas pump that does not work. I was only able to pump $20 of the $70 i paid for. I payed with a debit card and was charged for credit price because i used apple pay on my phone. It was not mentioned that this was the case. No one places an out of order sign on the malfunctioning pump, or even tried to address the problem.

Tried three different machines to pump gas and they all said to “see cashier”. The man inside was very dismissive and sent me back outside saying the machine was fine. It wasn’t. Came back in and he said my card wasn’t working. Ok, I tried another card (debit this time). Not working. Ok, I have another card. He got frustrated and literally sent me off. I live in the area and I can tell you it’s not a good practice to get rid of repeat customers with multiple cars. The man at the register is definitely not looking out for the owner’s best interest. Not an asset to the company.

Set up of the pumps is allot different than other places being lined up in a long chain. Price for regular is very good so long as you pay cash or debit card. Credit card is to expensive to have just self service. You can get some food and snacks inside which is very convenient. There is only a small parking area along the side of the building. The Shell app supposed to work here but is very very slow to use unfortunately and is why I only gave it a 3 star rating.

They always don't have the gas you want or there's an issue with my fuel rewards card and I end up losing my points. I don't have this problem with the Shell ststion in Pelham Manor. They always have gas and are helpful and courteous. I truly try to avoid this co op city Shell station which serves the neighborhood. They need to do better.. start with good customer service!!! Hire ppl in the neighborhood. The worst!

These arey guys...day or night. My African and Sihk brothers always got my back, and being a close by resident they know be by name. Good gas prices, I can get a beer, and are just so cool. Sometimes the bathroom may need a little maintenance, but they always let me use it and sometimes it's been an emergency....lol...feel me. Good service from my friendly neighborhood gas attendants. Cheers fellas.

Pumps dont work. You have to go inside and tell them and pay inside. I asked for the receipt and he said I should have told him before and he could no longer find my receipt. What do you mean? He proceeded to ask me can I give you a receipt for $50. I said wheres my receipt? Its more than that. Totally weird. I left without the receipt but never coming back here.

This gas station has very high prices , the employees there constantly shut down the lotto machines . most of the time they seem to have a attitude when your doing business there . I refuse to go there anymore . Hate the place .

Pull up to pump card reader not working pay inside. Used and pay another pump press 87 repeatedly and 93 was lit I was pist. Gas prices are high enough and not putting 93 in my car hell no. I just go to another gas station

Customer service sucks. When paying cash they won't process or apply your fuel rewards savings. Avoid this station as some of their items are expired and not much of a variety. Workers always talking to one another smh

Very crowded and those NY drivers oh God they are a disgrace with run Joseline for the pump. You got to be so careful. You will get into and accident or a fight.

This gas station is one of my favorite places to visit. The service staff are kind and respectful, and there's a bathroom there that's clean and comfortable.

Nice gas station but they are out of their minds with the price of diesel..... why pay $4.18 and I can pay almost .50 or more cheaper someplace else?

Great coffee, exceeded my expectations. Locals are a lively bunch that encourage you to return to the highway quickly. Station is excellent though.

Its just right up the block from me. I enjoy using my rewards to get .5 and .10 off on gas. I recommend you apply to shells rewards.

Weird payment rules that don't let you use your credit card, debit and cash only. Or for some odd reason, a shop and stop card.

We stopped in just to get air in a tire. The salesman was personable. The store looked clean with new gas pumps available. ⛽

Don't use your credit or debit card at this station. Friend was charged for a fraudulent purchase made in San Fran for 350$

Gas station attended was very disrespect full. Ask for change for air pump. U think i was asking for a whole lot.

I had a good experience there when I wanted gas or a little snacc. But the bathrooms are disgusting and stinks.
