Tonight approximately at 23.30 pm I met the most unprofessional unfriendly staff at the Shell garage. He had his head down on his mobile whilst on the counter while I was using the pump...when I went to pay for the fair there was no signs indicating the night pay time counter payment service, there was a sign just stating night pay which doesn't indicate what time it's door shut. I went to the main door and it was shut, so I went to the counter and I stated that he should've indicated for me to pay at the counter he wasn't happy at all ...and he angrily pointed to the night pay sign and didn't even push the counter so I couldn't slide my money In there, I had to squeeze it through a tight hole. He had no name badge visible in him and I can only described him as a asian man either from india or Pakistan with very large bold head and a angry face to go with it.. This individual needs to be trained on customer service as he has absolutely none. He even waived his fist at me as i drove off and i had to stop to make sure he was swearing at me. unbelievable.. ..its not the first time I experienced unprofessional by the staff at that garage and I won't be returning there anymore. ... Keep a look out for this guy and educate him if you ever run into him.

Just Left the fuel station after putting some petrol in, I went over to the hatch as I was feeling quite thirsty, i was greeted by the rudest man I’ve ever met in my entire life, it was too much effort for him to stand up and get me the things that I wanted even know it was his job. He brought us out the drinks and then I decided I wanted to add a chocolate bar so I asked him to get it to which he replied “ is that everything because I am not getting up again “ obviously it’s his job to do this and if he’s not happy doing it then he should give up his role to someone who would be happy serving.

I live in the local area and have a registered emotional support dog. She is small and well-behaved. I am too anxious to leave her outside as she is a breed that is prone to being stollen. The last few weeks, I have brought her into the shop with me, tucked under my arm as she is small and had no issue. Today, I was told she was not allowed in and that the person on the desk manager would have to be involved. I was very upset and explained my situation. My dog is always carried in the shop and has caused no issues to date. He was very upsetting and not understanding at all.

shocking customer service for when my partner forgot his wallet and didnt realise until he filled up, they wouldnt take a payment over the phone or bank transfer and demand you leave your driving licence with them and come back next day, all well and good if you live in the area not MILES away and was just passing through, head office number they give you DONT answer the phone!

Havjng just read the previous review - Refusing access to a registered emotional support dog is illegal and against the equality act. I hope that this is resolved and that she is apologised to and regained access. If not, a complaint needs to be made In full to shell reciting the equalities act.

Put £20 in my tank and was suprisedvthe needed hadn’t moved much, then noticed only covered half the miles I usually cover (Bristol-Weston and back) it’s a 2 year old van that was running with nothing in the back. I would usually get this sort of mileage from £10. AVOID at all costs

They always charge higher fuel prices... I would rather driver up to Newfoundland road garage where its always cheaper most recently i noticed 5p per liter difference. Also very strange that there is no check and balance on the prices these garages charge.

I am disabled and a wheelchair user. The staff were more than helpful. Filling up for me and asking if I wanted anything from the shop. It is busy there but they always seem to be friendly and willing to help.

Extremely unhelpful. Tried dropping off parcel with them as they are a collect+ point but refused to take the parcel and offered no constructive help on where else could help

Supposed to be a drop off point for yodel but refused to accept four 2kg shoebox-ish parcels due to size.

Just be careful as to the pump you choose it may not be the precise price you see on the billboard.

Service was in polite and half the time the cashpoint outside never works. So a waste of a journey.

Supposed to be 24hr, went there at quarter to 11 and the guy wouldn't let me in.. So ridiculous.

Prices are a little higher compared to other local fuel stations. Service could be better.

Over stayed in the car park by nine minutes. Got a £60 fine will never use them again.
