If you can wait the extra 10 seconds and go to either the Speedway nearby or the Marathon nearby, but please spare yourself the trouble of coming here. The moment you step out, there is trash and sticky concrete everywhere. You immediately smell the mixture of garbage and chicken in the air. They actually service food out of this dump which taste as bad as the customer service! I dread stopping to this location but gave it one last chance one morning before work and was rushed out because of some comotion or altercation between the guy at the register and the customer. Rushed out to the point I had not been given my change or receipt. When I returned later that afternoon to speak with management regarding the situation, I was advised to speak with the gentlemen who had helped me. That meant waiting until the next morning to ask the guy for my change and receipt. I returned the following morning and requested my receipt and change when I saw the guy who helped me was there. I guess he caught a case of amnesia because he no longer remembered the altercation or me making my purchase. Cameras throughout the location but they won't look back to verify my claim. Utterly ridiculous and unnecessary. Plus my clothing still smell like the location. I'm disgusted and disappointed at the management. The place is a dump. Drive by and you'll see just what I mean. It's no better inside than it is outside.

Shell Oil has a consumer rating of 1 star from 1 review indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. . I stopped at this location early on a Sunday morning recently about 5:30 am, and folks, my opinion is never stop there. The pumps were all vandalized, the card readers were in-op, the entire station was disgusting and so dirty and sticky I was afraid to walk anywhere, let alone track all the filth into my vehicle. Then going inside was even worse. Attendant was completely rude and unhelpful and would not even allow me a second receipt after pumping my gas. Stay far away from this place. Absolutely awful. Shame on Shell and its franchise owner.

I purchase a mr fog blitz pod it was defective I asked for replacement they said no cus they have a hand written note on cabinet saying test before you leave but if someone is buying a mr fog for someone else you want them to open it and pull off it to see if it works that’s wrong especially when being covid is out nor they wanted to replace my device or give me my 19.25 back he said he don’t care but I contacted the company directly see photo attached next Imma show the tobacco ppl what he really do since he said he don’t care about the customers

Get gas. Keep doors locked when possible and get and go. Dangerous. But after shell at least replied to my comments I will say, most of the time the workers are decent, you have too understand this isn't the best neighborhood, just feels unsafe. I would stop here, just do not after dark. Again, at least the shell owner cares enough to read his/hers concerns.
