The clerk behind the counter on 3/18/17 @ 10PM is one the worst human beings there is. After purchasing gas at his station I parked down the block and got stuck in the snow. I then walked up to the station and requested to borrow a shovel to get my car out. Instead, knowing the desperate situation I was in decided to take advantage of my situation and charge me 10 dollars to borrow the shovel. He is a classes soulless person who will not have any luck in his life. Maybe that's why he's working at a gas station.....

This people are extremely rude and disrespectful. They act as if they wish you would not come into their establishment. Your punishment for patronizing their store,it's prices that don't make sense. I have never being to a business. Where the employee's are doing everything they can. To get you to never come back. If you shop at this SHELL Gas Station. You can expect to be over charge for anything you buy here and treated extremely rudely. Avoid this place at all cause.

I visited this gas station mart for an e - cigarette and asked the clerk for what I was looking for and he directed me. I made a $32 purchase only to find out he sold me the wrong item so I asked to return it and he said he doesn’t know how to. He didn’t provide his name and said he wasn’t the manager. This is the worst service I have ever received and I will be reporting them to the BBB. Don’t feed these type of businesses and how they operate.

Beware they are scamming lotto players by giving you an old play ticket keeping your money in exchange bought $22.00 mega and was given a $10.00 losing ticket &12 dollars valid ticket going to report them to the gaming NY Lottery authorities

This place always overcharges my credit card! When asked why? I was told that they would later deduct the original charge from my $60 bill! I have a tiny car that max, takes $30 to fill the tank!

Rude unfreindly staff. extremely high prices I think they make up prices in general as they are the highest I have ever seen. Avoid this gas station and store. I will never return.

I Like This Shell bc it's Near My Apt. and The Workers Know Me and Treat Me And Everyone Else as a Valued Customer....and There Open 24hrs a Day....
