Terrible customer service experience with Sohaib. Today, this customer service at Coles Express at Hurstville was enough to ruin my day. I went there for a cup of chai latte, but it accidently slipped out of my hand. I informed this person, apologized multiple times but he did not respond at all. I reached for another cup and his response was "YOU CAN'T HAVE IT" as if punishing a baby. Shocked with his response, I asked him again, still politely about what to do with the new cup I had already opened. He kept saying "YOU CANT HAVE IT" with angry gesture and asked me "HOW YOU SPILLED IT" as if trying to scold a child. I though may be he didn't understand my English, so showed him the cup that I had already opened, his response was still "YOU CANT HAVE IT" as if I should just keep it and leave. I felt insulted so lost my temper and trashed it. As soon as I did that he said I need to pay for the spilled one as well as the one thrown. I was shocked, I would obviously make myself chai latte and have it instead of throwing and still paying for it. He would not want me to have it but just to pay for it. He was really angry because he had to do the cleaning but I hadn't done that on purpose and he didn't have to show me that attitude and this is not how customer service handles things. I hadn't gone there to be insulted and disrespected. Still I paid for everything, even the wasted ones and left feeling really insulted. I have been regular customer of this coles express since years but don't think I would like to deal with that guy anymore.. Coles should really observe its employees and what they are doing in the job!! P.S. -If some Managerial official would like to investigate what this guy exactly did, please check your cctv recording of 4/12/2020 around 6.45 pm

Just went to buy some things and because I asked to change one of the items the so called attendant got angry and was slamming things down, when I was leaving he told me to f off and when I asked him what he said he said he was talking to himself, there was a couple of customers lined up and he was complaining that there was a line, so it may have taken him a few minutes to serve them and then have nothing to do, still no reason to tell a customer to f off, who by the way is paying for goods which keep him in a job.

Regular morning stop over for cheap caffeine and sandwich for lunch.Always a good selection of sandwiches and pies in the morning. Cheap ok coffe. Wide selection of drinks and convience store items. Frozen slurpee machine available. Usually find items on special markdown everday. Fuel prices is not the best though and unfortunately toilets for the public is not available here. Staff have in my experience always been polite,and shop in satisfactory condition.

The staff is very rude. The most important is during I add fuel, the price changed. But the staff said I can not match the present price because my cat entry the station before the price reduction. The attitude is rude. Although I live near carton, never entry this station. Not recommend.

such a rude and arrogant customer service. Just called on 15/06/19 at 3:50PM about a price of a product inquiry and the rude representative replied he can't say and urged me to come and have a look and cut down the phone on my face without saying Bye or anything.. Pooor customer service!!

very poor customer service . 5/31/2020 , 5:55PM . A product was no scanning so gentleman instead of doing his job and get another one by himself asked to me get it for him when he was not busy at all and he was not happy that i scanned my flybuys for 1.50$ . very bad

This always has the worst price around Hurstville and is the quickest to increase prices. That said, it is clean and has the amenities you expect from a service station

For the last 2 years they constantly shut an hour early leaving people who rush there late at night for petrol out of luck it's nearly every night they are doing this

Petrol station with dual access. They don't have unleaded 91 here so if you don't want to purchase premium is ethanol fuels it would be best to go elsewhere.

This is probably the most expensive Petrol Station in Sydney, may be even whole Australia. It's outrageous and complete rip off!

Its a clean mini coles. With cheap convenient snacks. Kind staff that are efficient at what they do.
