Guy at the Desk - Khem definitely needs some training...Not in Hospitality; that will be too much for him...Just basic mannerism training will help...It is important to provide good customer service if you want customers to come back...Shell probably needs to look into it else with the pricing that they have, it will be difficult to survive with competitors.

The staff need training on what customer service is, no greeting, not even a “is that all for today” or “have a nice day”, just a blank look saying they really don’t want to be there, rude manner and sour face. I am disgusted on how rude the older lady is and will not be returning.

I only bought lovely fresh milk last time I visited. I only buy petrol if it's at it's lowest and I have a voucher. There's one across the road from my place.. They allowed me to use the toilet and their phone when I locked myself out of my home once. So kind.

I don't usualy shop at Shell because they are allways the dearest for fuel but yesterday they had unleaded for $1.30 L while others where up to $1.60! I hope this is going to be a trend. …
