Terrific customer service guys, Please coles train him more, let him know ‘there is a word called customer service before his negative ego and attitude, cnt believe him, i didnt check his name as his face was full of ego , it was today 27/12/2019 1:10pm but the lady was good. He was so unbelievable, lady was serving me than he jumps on me and start show his ego, hey man stop your negativeness.

I know coles works more and hire people with good customer skills but he was unbelievable. I couldnt believe that i am in shell he is such a bad human, he is shame to be called as staff/employee on customer service industry, today i fell different on coles that why he is here. Please stop your negative attitude man. He was on 1:23PM today. Coles Please stop hiring such a bad person.

This is the biggest petrol station in hornsby area with some coles stuff in store aswell, customer service is alright as it depends sometimes some workers very polite and sometimes they look like very tired after long shift, car wash area last time wasn’t working for some reasons, petrol prices also bit expensive in area compare to other petrol stations,

I can’t believe they charge people to use that vacuum cleaner. There’s no power at all so what would normally take 2 minutes to do took 9. My leaf blower would have done a better job cleaning out my car. It’s funny how they are allowed to charge $$ for something that doesn’t work I think at some point it becomes theft.

Terrific customer service from Saichin. Would recommend using this petrol station and its car wash. Came to wash and refuel my car, my toddler was really excited to see the car washed. Saichin extended the car wash closing time so we could clean the car as a family and did that with a smile. Thanks mate!

Don't be surprised if you get overcharged on the goods discounted price. they did not honour their advertised price and have no refund policy. so when I realised I was still on the premises but they said that they cannot give me refund.

The guy working at night does not have customer service skillset. Need some intensive training on how to greet, how to talk, what language or vocabs to use when dealing with customers.

The fuel price of this station is usually more expensive then those in the area, even with 4c discount voucher. Their car wash is more often than not closed and/or broken.

Have been having shell coffee all the way down the coast from Gold Coast. Bought coffee at shell express Hornsby and it was terrible and no topping for cappuccino.

One of the Coles’ staff wife the kid came at 11:52 pm the kid cried hardly in the outside area ,but they just let the kid keep crying

Had a woman on the counter couple a days ago, not helpful and bad attitude. But on the whole, they are ok
