Went here at 3:30pm today. When my card got declined when I tried to fill, the cashier spoke some words on the speaker which I didn't understand. I then tried to get to the counter to pay, then she replied "Don't move, I didnt asked you to move." I still went inside, at that time she was all calm in telling me that their system wasn't working. Customer service 4/10 because she was polite when I approached her face to face.

This is my favorite gas station. Shell gas provides the highest octane count compared to other brands, always the best performance. Preet is always so kind and welcoming with great patience. Her customer service is immaculately peaking through the roof, phenomenal human being Would give 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could. Always return to this location, competitive pricing and they usually do not require pre pay.

DO NOT order from here on Uber Eats. They don't properly track their inventory and if they are out of stock on an item they substitute it for whatever the hell they feel like. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me to tell me they were out of stock on the order and just put in a bunch of sugar free drinks instead.

A great surprise to find one of the cheapest prices is the city, and if you are lucky, they sometimes have the air miles promotion where you can get an additional 4 cents off the listed pump price when you swipe your air miles card. Definitely can't go wrong with that!

Can only speak to the gas and not the customer service inside, but price was it’s almost impossible to beat in this area. Gas is always cheaper than on the other side of the 401. Love being able to use my CAA to further reduce the price an additional 3 cents.

Staff service is horrible. They don't know how to provide customer service. I wanted to buy ticket but i didn’t have ID. So i told my husband to buy one as he had the ID. She denied giving him as well because we were related. What rubbish.

Somehow someone used my daughter's gas card at this location without actually having her card. Manager has not gotten back to her in 4 days in regards to video footage or even apologize and straighten this out.

Generally clean, what you usually expect from a Shell location. Recently stopped in there and noticed they have a charging station inside for cell phones, regular plugs plus USB ports. Very nice added feature.

The cashier lady named navneeth has got the worst customer service. I would never come back to this gas station. She is very rude and got a really bad attitude.

For some reason this guys jack up the gas price at midnight to morning everyday. Good way to ripoff ppl. 3 stars because of clean & nice store.

Make it clear you don't want to use your airmiles to make a purchase. I handed the employee $20 and instead of adding miles she used mine up.

If you want cheap gas and your collecting air miles, go to this location. This Shell's gas prices are always around 5 to 7 cents lower.
