If I could give it a 1 star I would. Do yourself a favour and don’t hire these people. They broke my furniture and tried to sticky tape it back together rather than own up and tell us. They then forgot to deliver items of mine. Paid an exorbitant amount for an absolute piss poor service.

Some dubious charging practices.... Depot to Depot is ridiculous and if you are going to try and tack on an extra half hour here and there, make sure your workers aren't stopping for cigarette breaks as they are hardly guns. Not impressed

I actually really liked this company until they damaged a chest of drawers of mine. I cannot ascertain whether the drawers were damaged whilst in storage at their facility (for many months) or upon moving, but there are now scratch marks

My family hired them for a move. The boys on the day, refused to walk the length of their garage. Which left us all stressed as we were basically stuck with what to do. So unprofessional. DO NOT use them. Save your money.

We used Shire Removals for a move on Monday. The boys were amazing as it was a difficult move with lots of items and stairs at the new site. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Worst experience yet.. Turned up 3 hours late without a phone call.. Had the audacity to charge overtime rates.. Had to put up with grumbling workers as they had attended a job prior to mine.. Do not use them..

Movers were nice blokes, they moved things quickly and nothing was damaged at the other end. A little late to arrive but we weren't charged for the lost time. Recommend.
