HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I just left this store and honestly very disappointed, I will never go back. I went with my son to buy a pair of shoes for a gift, as soon as we went in we weren't greeted like the other stores. During our search they mentioned to go to the front and get a ticket for a raffle. I then walked to the front and there was an older lady with glasses who had the tickets. I had a question about where I can find Jibbitz for crocs and very rudely she replied "they're in the front", I then asked her if I can please get a ticket for the raffle and not only did she give me the most execrable look, she made me feel so uncomfortable. Her response was that it was one per family, at that time my son came by and I asked him if he had grabbed a ticket and he said no. I then said to her we have not received a ticket please give us one, at that point I was upset and while we continued our search I must have dropped it down the isles. I went back looking for the ticket and asked a young man arranging boxes if he had seen the ticket, he said yes and pointed to some boxes. I asked him if we had to fill out our information on the ticket so they can contact us, in the event we won. He was answering my question when another man in the front asked him "are you okay", instead of asking me the customer if I was okay for how the other employee treated me. I asked him if he was the manager and first he said yes then when he asked "if something was wrong" I said yes; then all of a sudden he was not the manager. Again making me feel so uncomfortable, I usually go to the store in Berwyn and have never had any problem. Please avoid this store!

Do not come here at all they sell used shoes! I'd give no stars if the option was available mostly because of the way management handled the situation. I bought shoes and asked cashier why the bottom was faded she claimed shipping issue but promised they were ok. I left and came back next day since i didn't feel comfortable paying full price for what looks like a worn pair of shoes. Bald Manager Joe (person whom others here have complained about) shouldn't have his position at all. He right away said i write them and blurted out loudly. I asked for employee who sold me the pair and she was not in to back my claim. So then i didn't want to bother with this so called manager anymore and I asked for corporate number and he thought i wasn't going to try the number he gave me which ended up being store support. I confronted him his eyes enlarged with a surprised look that i was back and he scrambled to give me the correct number which was completely different from first number. So Joe thought i was stupid. Shoe carnival was my favorite for prices but i see why they're low because they sell used shoes. Management here isn't doing good for their company at all. Now I'm stuck with $60 used shoes.

This store only cares about your money... not what you want. I went in today and really liked these shoes for my son. The manager.. idk why I'm assuming that's what he was.. an old white bald guy with glasses.. told me they didn't have the size I was looking for..which they didn't... but then had the decency to "check online" and told me no other store had it nor did the warehouse carry them anymore. He said there's other shoes like those but I wanted THOSE!! Me and my not willing to trust people told me to check myself. I found them called and berwyn shoe carnival put them on hold now I have them. When I approached manager to tell him I found them at another store he's like ...nobody has them. They must be the wrong ones... what aguy really. I understand you wanna reach sales but at what expense? I've always shopped there but this experience made me take my business elsewhere.

Went in looking for some lit-alish kicks and boy oh boy did I find not only the most dapper walking enhancements in all of Chacago but I saw a mighty handsome fellow participating in a One on One fight to the death with a Eight legged demon spawn, at first I wasn’t sure if this hero from another world could win this long and exhausting fight But right as I lost hope, right as I thought all of humanity would be destroyed by something as evil as Gooscifer the Prideful And Something and Wrathful and Swantin, this Hero. This Saint among the mortal man Sped his fingers movement speed up to that of the speed of light and In an instant he banished the probably Non-Venomous spider to limbo and claimed humanity back for its rightful owners. How ever the shoes I needed didn’t come in my size had to buy em big...

Omg! I went to shoe Carnival with my oldest son,thinking the prices would be outrageous!?!? With the snow storm that was predicted,but no! Prices were pretty good . The store was very clean and the employees were VERY HELPFUL,and I must admit they knew their stuff!!. There were quite a few customers but everyone kept their distance,and wore their masks ❤. My son brought me my New balance gym shoes!! ❤,He is a sweet heart. And I brought my Lugz Snow boots NOOO!! NOT for 100.00 BUT for $65.00. For my Tundra's glacier's boots!?!? YEESSS VERY GOOD PRICE

I visited this store about a month ago and purchased a pair of shoes for my toddler and when I got home I decided I’d rather get a size bigger. I visited again today to see if I can exchange these shoes (tag on the shoes and receipt in hand) and it was a pleasant experience- I believe the managers name was Maria and the cashier was Rene, they were very nice and didn’t have an attitude like at other locations (no shade ). Overall store was organized and neat, and they follow all covid safety precautions. 10/10

Recently went in for work shoes and came out with going outside to have a good time shoes lol the selections they had was very nice! I'll turn my head see another pair I liked and it was just a variety of different summer colors and everything was organized and easy to find! Ended going back the next day to get my work shoes lol! Not only can you save money, but saving money on shoes to spice up your wardrobe is everything. They carry styles from casual to running, winter/rain to work is just fantastic! Also the customer service is beyond amazing!!As I was checking out they offered to clean a scuff or two the shoe had and offered a discount. Definitely recommending this place to shop.

I want to give a bad review for this place an employer ignored me and walked away when I asked for help I thought he didn’t hear me at first but then I asked for help again and he answered me with a What, in a rude way and with attitude like if I was bothering him they should treat their customers better, l will not come back to this store.

As soon as i walked in the store Manager ask if i needed help right away at the front door and cashier was very nice and helpful and took care of what i needed. Very nice and clean store to shop for some shoes boots just about everything for men & women. Nike Timberland schechers adidas Fila etc. All good brands!!!

I went in yesterday and the guy that greeted my daughter and myself was very friendly helped out with the exchange, and made my daughter smile. I definitely recommend this store, it's very clean and they let you know about the specials that they have and go above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed.

Today was a good day at shoe carnival....their new shipment of boots were just coming in and they were fully stocked..... the BOGO sale is on and I went crazy.... they have a nice selection..... usually I go in and not come out with anything but not today...lol

Feel uncomfortable when I was been follow at the store like if I was going to steal something. I was with my mom my sister my daughter and my cousin . We bought 4 pair of shoes.but very unprofessional for employees to be following you thru all the store.

They have the most shoes ,very nice clean and helpful Lome that so many shoes to pick never bought shoes their before fall in love 2 pairs so I got them ,even my friend got herself a pair ,check it out shoes for the family love ot il be going there again

Better customer service! Help the customer with shoes at all times not walk away back with other employees and talk nothing about work... social life needs to be away from work environment by all means, it's the ideal way to service the community...

They're prices changed , they're smart they advertise one thing and when you are there prices are other .. . They wash your brain I had just came back from México and even there prices are better …

Shoe carnival is a great place to shop for shoes they have a nice variety of selections and they are reasonable in price only thing I have to do a exchange for my daughter boots to get a bigger size.

Amazing staff! The man was very nice greeted us and even showed us the sales they had. Clean store. Not crowded at all. Very big shoe selection as well. Love this store. Recommend this one.

I must say the staff was very courteous as soon as I walked thru the door, practicing social distancing while be helpful to customer & LITERALLY cleaning after every transaction!!

I called ahead to have store rep locate my wife's shoes and hold them at the counter. I walked in the store got in line and made my purchase in less than 10mins. Great experience.

I love coming here. As a crossdresser, I love trying on mostly heels, sandals and boots. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the girls that work here. Super nice

The greatest concentration of footwear variety i have ever seen. A little expensive but if you want to get the good sometimes you have to pay good.
