I purchased 4 pairs of men’s Mancini formal shoes today,each pair showing a 25% discount online and in-store, I was only give the discount on 1 pair of shoes, In total that’s R499 discount I should have received but did not, instead I got R125. When I asked are they not all on discount I was told I’m not sure. The service is really below average despite this I waited 10 minutes after entering the store to be greeted while staff members enjoyed their conversation and music. Not the best store to visit .
Bad service served with a side of bad attitude from staff. A prime example of staff employed that does not know about customer service of any kind. Catch a wakeup
