Today...all staff members have their cellphones with them...and guess what each one is busy on their phone whilst there is customers in the store? Not sure how people run businesses these days but when I worked my personal belongings including my phone had to be in the locker until tea or lunch? If a customer is to self service may as well make everything self service including your tills, then you don't need staff...just a thought

Worst service ever, we wanted to buy a shoe and we were told it was an odd pair when we requested that they look for it in store room she went there to eat...while we waited for Queen to return who was rude and keen on assisting customers.

I was assisted by Mercy and everyone at the store of clear water I was very happy and know how to treat the customer well and make us left the store buying many shoes. Thank you really for this very good service.

I had a very bad experience at Shoe City Clearwater Mall. The staff in that store have no idea what customer service is. They were so lethargic and uninterested in what we wanted. Worst service!!

I can’t verbalise the incompetency in this place, can’t tap for more than R500, clerks asked if I want to buy men’s formal shoes silver? No common sense.

Good selection, pleasant enough staff at the till, even though it seems nowadays it is 100% self service, no one ever asks if they can assist.
