Terrible customer service. Went in to get a 2 minute repair done on a boot and picked out a couple belts while I was waiting. The guy refused to accept debit even though he confirmed his debit machine was working fine. So I had to walk accross the mall and back to use a bank machine, and he wanted me to leave my wallet while I went. I am not that naive. I went and got the cash and paid for the repair because I am not dishonest but I will never be back again. Kind of surprised the mall let's him operate there.

I'm a make do kind of person, and two pair if my boots needed reheeling (and one needed the leather around the heels replaced). This is by far, the best shoe repair I've ever gotten. Not only are the heels durable and non slip, they took the care to match the sheen of the leather, making the more extensive repair completely unnoticeable. I will never go anywhere else in Edmonton!

My "go to" shoe repair shop. Good quality work. Quick service. Not the cheapest place in town but you get the quality you pay for. This shop does more than fix shoes. They have repaired hand bags, belts, luggage and other items for us too. Give them a try and support a local small business.

I've been going to this cobbler for a while now. I had boots that I work over when I was landscaping and they managed to fix them after a full season of work for 60. $ I was impressed. This year they told me could fix my boots, but I'm better off buying new ones. I appreciate that honesty.

Took in one of my favourite pairs of boots where both the heels were starting to lift away from the sole (I’m fairly rough on my boots, sadly) - they fixed them up perfectly and polished them to look brand new as well! Very happy with the services here will be going again in the future :)

The ShoeMaster did some amazing work on my boots. The soles fell off when I was walking one day and so I took them to him. He fixed them better than how I got them and he also cleaned them so they looked better than new. I definitely will be taking all my shoe repair needs to him.

Charge OUTRAGEOUS prices here. Tried to charge $40 just to glue edges of my boots back to the sole. And $55 to repair cracks in the sole on the bottom of a different pair of boots. I made the trip out to Sherwood park shoe repair instead, since they charge HALF the price!

I brought a pair of work shoes in for minor repair. He asked for $40. I thought it was steep but agreed. Then he wanted payment up front. I thought "you will have my shoes and my money before you do anything". I didn't think money up front was right in this case. No deal.

I brought in three WWII that needed repair and was shocked by how in inexpensive it was. When I went in to pick up the bags I wasn’t sure what to expect as I felt I hadn’t paid much, but they were beautifully-done. I’ll be returning future leather repairs. Thank you.

Asked for him to re-sole my Sandals, he said it would be $50 and made me pay up front. When I went to pick up, he said it was $65 and I had only paid $50 so it would be an additional $15. You got me this time old man but never again.

Don’t have very many sizes available on their moccasins and mukluks. When I asked about ordering my size in I was told no. Fine, I’ll take my money elsewhere :)
