This was a great experience. I came to shop with my 4 year old son and, which can be difficult. But the staff was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. All this made shopping a breeze. I got the shoes my son wanted at an affordable price and got myself a pair that was on sale and looked fire. I am pleased and my son is over the moon with his Red shoes. Thank you for making my weekend, and week for that matter as my feet are on clouds at work. Be back soon.

The store needs new employees who want to work and enjoy their jobs. We weren’t greeted coming in. There were about 5 employees and it took 10mins to be helped in an empty store and that’s because I had to walk to the front for help. No one is smiling. Then there weren’t many options because of size. There was no solution when I was about to settle for display shoes that were dirty. Just overall bad customer service and experience.

Came in today walked around nobody asked me if I needed help. The next person that came in after me a sales men quickly approached him and offered his help. When he did that I approached him and asked him for his name and he said his name is Aries. Maybe this is not how u spell his name but that is what I understood. I came in around 2:45. Store manager should know which workers were working today . Horrible Service.

Three associates at the store, nobody greet me when I entered, I looked around for Nikes and nobody came to help, even having the store empty. I choose my shoes and I asked for my size, I had the worse attitude from the girl with tattoos on the neck, didn’t help at all and I noticed lack of training and horrible customer service and communication. I won’t come back to this location.

Friendly great collection. And when you go to pay if you think you are paying 190 your in for surprise it's like 60. I took my husband there for birthday and got him 3 pairs jordans. Well bought one but when I got to counter and they said 49 dollars I said huh. Went got two more pair. For same price I thought I was gonna pay for 1 pair .great store

Had a problem with a pair of shoes that had a defect took it back next day and the store manager on lamb and Washington wouldn't do anb exchange or refund but how can you know it has a defect without wearing the shoe there store on the las vegas north premium outlet help me with the issue with no problem. …

Love love This location... It has great prices compared to other locations some prices are same on certain brands. But great quick finds for kids and men. Ppl please stop taking the shoes!!! Due to that there stock is very limited. They always have great selection of 7Y so im happy lol check them out guys! …

Super suspicious store, entered shoe Raffle for lost and founds. They call me but hang up quickly, so I call back. Guy on the phone saying he let it ring all the way. Guy pretty much lied and I called immediately, like within the second, and he said he already gave it to someone else. Don’t trust this store.

Surprised at the large selection of name brand shoes they have. Only setback is a lot of their shoes have limited size inventory. Pick a shoe you like and hope they have your size in stock. Just because this is Vegas, does everything have to be a "gamble?" LOL

Prices are not that good. Occasionally you can find something decent on clearance, otherwise it's basically like the mall. Overpriced and usually don't have your size when you do find a deal

Bad service not a welcome in no offered help stood there watching employees while on there phone and others talking to each so we left took my service else wear

They never have the size in any of the shoes I am looking for. I keep going hoping they have a big selection and my size but they never do.
