Great range of shoes, all the great brands and the staff are exceptional - always very helpful and they know their stuff. However, they have the most outdated loyalty program ever. We receive a card for every purchase and after six cards, we get a free pair of shoes. When you buy shoes every 4 months (at most) it means you’re expect hold on to cards and receipts for >2 years. It's like the loyalty system has been made deliberately hard so people can't claim their rewards! The last time I saw something like this was when subway was giving away stamps in the 1990s!! The store keep our name, email and phone number on their computer for marketing yet they can't keep a record of our purchases for a loyalty program? Honestly, a good quality honest retailer can do better.

Our actual fitting experience was amazing and the lady that assisted us was extremely helpful. The booking system is not without it's faults. We arrived for our booked fitting at 1pm and encountered a large line. People were queuing that didn't have appointments. We were told to wait to one side as we had a booking. We had to wait for the next available sales assistant for our turn. At 1.15 this happened, but they let the person waiting in line without an appointment in next before us. We eventually got in around 1.20 but what's the point of the booking system. I get having to wait a little bit but the people that bothered to do the right thing and pre book should get in before those that line up randomly.

So I walked into the store and started browsing my daughters first pair of walking shoes. I was greeted very politely and asked what I was looking for. I explained where my daughter was at with her steps and how she walks— she hesitates sometimes and holds my hand instead of doing it on her own. Tanya was extremely help with fitting and finding a pair of shoes for my daughter. She had so much knowledge and knew her products well, plus she was adamant to find the right fit. I could not have asked for better customer service and appreciated her explanations every step of the way. It’s been a week and now my daughter is walking confidently on her own and loves her shoes!

I was initially happy with the service provided at the Towers store, particularly, with the friendly greetings and at the time, with the foot measuring service provided. We had a measurement and we discussed that we would like a size up for the school shoes to allow for growth. At no point did the person fitting my daughters shoes mention that they had changed sizes. On getting home, I was disappointed to see that I had been given a half size smaller. My daughter will have very little time in these expensive shoes. Unfortunately going back was not possible.

The manager at Castle Towers has terrible customer service. I came in because I was concerned about the stitching on my sons shoes coming undone after just over one month. She looked like she was annoyed and showed no empathy for the situation. She then proceeded to go to the backroom with the shoes and burnt the stitching without informing me first and told me that this was a normal practice in your company. She cause more damage than good and proceeded to give me attitude. Very poor customer service for someone in her position and line of work.

Usually I adore shoes and sox. The service is outstanding and personal - particular the manager there is phenomenal. Today, the store was filled with new, inexperienced staff I assume to deal with the back-to-school fittings. They were inexperienced, unsure of themselves and couldn’t offer clear answers about the best fit. The vague advice was unconvincing and I left with shoes that I’m not sure actually fit my child correctly. I dread to think I’m going to have to go back to exchange them and demand to speak to a more experienced staff member.

Their service is really specialised which means you need to have plenty of time to wait for your turn. I knew my my son's size , the shoes I want and just wanted to get them and pay but I was told that I have to wait for a consultant while I didn't want any help or consulting. Waiting is challenging as they have 2 or 3 girls and you might wait for 10 minutes or half an hour. If you don't listen to their instructions they can get angry!!

Castle tower store is extremely poor customer service. I know my girls size and just need to get the shoes and go, but have to scan QR code and wait. And I did scan the QR code even it is ridiculous, but I tried few times it didn’t work for me and my husband. But the staff just didn’t care about it. They just said they were busy. Even no one tried to help to solve the problem. I will vote for 0 star if I can.

I took my 2 grand daughters to get their school and sport shoes today. The Service there was fabulous. Very knowedgeable and friendly staff. Also very Co Vid friendly, with checkin, monitored with the amount of people in the shop at a time, and also kept open for longer to cater to parents looking to get their childrens school shoes organised. Honestly cannot thank Kenzie enough for fitting my little girl who is usually very shy and timid but Kenzie was so wonderful, friendly and kind. She was so patient in sizing my daughter's little feet and bringing out multiple boxes of shoes in various sizes to try on. I ended up with all the spring/summer shoes sorted, we will be back next season! Thank you lovely.

Booking online was easy, got to the store only waited 5 mins, got both my girls fitted - was out in 15-20mins. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Overall very efficient experience. Booking online was the best thing, previous years have had to line up and wait for long periods of time in overcrowded shop. This year was GREAT!!

The sales person had poor product knowledge. I waited 20 mins for my turn after checking in. I was told there is a 'large variety' of sandals for little girls - when I finally went in, there were only 2-3 options given to me and those too didn't have sizes. The attendant was confused and gave conflicting information. Felt like a waste of time.

Antonia helped us fit 2 children for school shoes, sneakers and sandals for both. She was very patient and super helpful and our shoe shopping mission was a success. It was so good to know that we get shoes that fit properly as the kids grow. Their expertise is greatly appreciated. I love the staff here and always come here for my kids shoes.

I was expecting the place to be very busy for back to school period and sure enough it was. However, the shop was well prepared. We checked in to wait in a que, was served promptly and the girl who served us was very patient and took the time to make sure both of my girls were very well fitted with both school shoes and sports shoes.

Great service and shoes available. Our fitter, Tanya at the Castle Hill store, was very knowledgeable and gave us the time to go through different options. We made an appointment which was a great idea. We got in on time and purchased what we needed. Great service! Also used the Back to School vouchers which were very helpful.

Fantastic experience. Booked a fitting online, arrived and although they were very busy, the online booking took preference to walk-ins and we were seen pretty quickly. Tanya did our fitting and she was very knowledgeable and the process was easy. Walked out with new school shoes and a happy daughter. Highly recommend!

Visit to Castle Hill was awesome as always. Store was really busy with school shoe fittings but didn’t have to wait very long. Lots of staff available and all well trained. The girl that helped us was very polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have been going here for years and would highly recommend it

The staff were amazing today Sat 28/05. We went in for school shoes as the initial ones we purchased back in January were falling apart. They advised I could get a credit for the cost I paid and put towards the new pair I was purchasing. This was a pleasant surprise and I thank the team for making this happen.

It's currently a virtual waiting list, but staff aren't telling customers straight up and I found myself waiting in a physical line for 15 minutes before someone said "Oh, this line doesn't matter, you need to scan the QR code to line up". Once in, the service was great, super helpful and friendly staff.

The young girl serving us today was wonderful! I took my 12 year old twins and she was very patient. I bought my daughter school shoes and sport shoes. My son who has a disability required non lace up shoes. She went above and beyond to help. The young sales assistant was beyond her years. Thank you.

Tanya was amazing at her job. Great with my son and even though we didn’t book, we still managed to only wait a short time. She didn’t rush us, being a first time school mum, it made me feel seen. She took her time to find us the right shoes. We will be back every year because of our experience.

I used to go there every year when my daughters were in Primary School. I haven't been since 2019. I went there this afternoon to buy my youngest daughter a new pair of school shoes using NSW Back to School voucher. The young lady who took care of my daughter was very friendly and helpful.

The store had a great queuing system which help to navigate the chaos of last minute back to school shopping. Staff were properly trained in assessing my child’s foot size and recommending sizing. The store also accepted back to school vouchers whereas trybe did not (back end of 2022)

The fitting consultant, Charlotte, from the castle hill store was wonderful. She was fitting 4 of my kids and she was quick, efficient and knew which shoe styles would be best suited for each of my children. She was also very friendly and engaging and polite with myself and my kids.

Booked a fitting at 10am unfortunately staff didn't show up until 10.45am to open the shop, i gave up waiting and went next door to Trybe to get school shoes. Dissapointing, there should have been communication to customers with booked appointments if there were staffing issues.

Went for the dreaded back to school shoe experience. The staff were BUSY- but we didn’t wait very long at all in the queue. The staff member who assisted myself and my 2 children was very experienced and super friendly. She was patient, kind to the children and really helped us.

OMG, Sharon the sales manager is absolutely brilliant. My 3 year old has an issue of knocking knees, and she took time to make him walk up down the aisle of the mall, outside the shop - just to get the right shoe type. Absolutely brilliant. Fan for life.

I had a fantastic experience today with my two girls 5 & 2. Tanya was the most lovely lady who helped both my girls even when they became tired and “over it” she was just amazing. Really great customer service and perfect attitude for fitting kids shoes.

Highly recommend getting a fitting done here. Friendly staff who are great with children will first measure their feet, then help them with the fitting of suitable shoes. Staff are highly knowledgeable and I felt confident in our final selection.

Fantastic customer service!! I didnt even have to do a thing, the sales assistant measured, gave me several options and fit the shoes perfectly without me having to worry about a thing! Very wide range of shoes also!

The assistant was rude and abrupt. She didn’t want to spend the time and didn’t have the patience to help find sandals for my daughter. When we said “no” to pink she rolled her eyes. This was a horrible experience.

Rude staff. Staff said I will give you the size but won’t serve you. They need your phone number and email to be able to serve you even you are in the store already. The staff started fighting themselves. 25/11/23

Fitter was very good, even when my son lost his mind! We did have to wait about an hour to get into the store, and he was very tired and restless by that point, but the fitter was very understanding and helpful!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Daughter has big feet (US11) and tricky orthotics. They fitted her quickly and confidently, even showing a lace tying trick to assist with getting the shoes to fit just right.
