I went into the store and was greeted by a lovely lady named Ana. Ana was so helpful and supportive with my daughter. Background is my daughter has just received her first AFO boot and it’s only on the left foot, which makes it hard to buy shoes as I realised today. After finally finding a pair of shoes to fit her foot I had to purchase 2 pairs of shoes but in different sizes. I was also offered a discount to help out with the cost. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my child not feel different and accepted.

Extremely unprofessional customer service Yes I understand it’s Boxing Day Yes there are COVID rules in place So we lined up booked a fitting there was more people inside the shop that should have been we were next in line 8 people had left so the elderly staff member comes out to the line and picks some people from the back of the line to come in What is the point of having people lined up if you are just going to pick people from the back of your he line I will never step foot in that shop ever again Rant over

Extremely organised ( and up to date with effective covid managing customer limits and recording customers names entering the store ) I didn't expect the shoe fitting process to run so fast / smoothly. Served by Leyla she was very helpful & friendly she also knew exactly what style /shoe would best suit my daughter. Will definitely be returning & recommending the store. Thanks Leyla !

Went in for a refund, had to wait in line which was understandable with everything going on & short staffed. While i waited inline 3 different women apologised for the wait & it wont be much longer, when it my turn the young woman was so helpful, i didnt feel rushed while they were under so much pressure. I'll be happy to come back for future fittings etc. 5 star services!

The store was incredibly busy with back to school this week/next week but our assistant was so friendly, made conversation with our kids, and checked us out using a hand held device so we didn’t need to wait in the queue to the counter. A really great experience that could have been really stressful. I wish I got her name To recognise publicly!

I was on the counter to pay for my shoes and they said we have to give it to another customer as she has been looking at the first .clearly not my problem. If I had the shoe in my hand I should get it . Not a great experience clearly never going back again .

We have been coming to Shoes & Sox at Narellan for three years now. Best service and always get a great fit for my son. Great quality shoes that last the whole school year. And friendly service regardless of how busy the store is. Will be back next year!

Always had great service from the girls there. My kids love their shoes and they are always of high quality. I really like the middle section where the kids can sit up high and try on different shoes, makes it easier for everyone.

I am wondering how clearly a price tag shows a price and when you get to pay, you will be told with a higher one. The label even is for the whole shelf with no STARTING FROM label. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Had a great experience buying shoes for my 4yo son. He has autism and is usually quite picky with shoes, but Ana was excellent with him and made him very comfortable. Great service!
