I recently visited the shop at Botanical Gardens, and while the items were of nice quality, the customer service left something to be desired. Although the gracious lady I spoke to on the phone seemed very amiable and welcoming, the individual who was working at the cash register, Betty M, appeared unapproachable and somewhat indifferent. I hope that the shop can elevate its customer service standards in the future to match the excellence of its merchandise.

A wide variety of nature-themed items. There are useful items such as rain capes, umbrellas, sweaters and shirts. There are also gift items such as mugs, handmade jewellery, art prints, and pottery. A broad spectrum of books from scholarly to amusing with a great selection of children's books and toys with nature themes. Seasonal items are regularly featured and right now some very cute Christmas items can be found.

I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Sandra, a warm and friendly gift shop employee. I was very undecided about my gift purchases and she was incredibly helpful and patient. This shop has some delightful and reasonably priced items that are unique and very “giftable”. It’s lovely to shop there…. thank you!
