It is mentioned Here in this buy 2 get 50% off I have taken above two pants which I have highlighted in the picture. It was 50% off on buy 2. But the Manager Vamshi told that it's new arrival and the offer not applicable for the all the pants in the picture But clearly in the tags and in the display it's mentioned that 50%off on if you buy 2. So, after purchasing the pants, went to billing section about to bill. While the billing they told the offer is not applicable for any of the pants. They asked me to pay the entire MRP price for each individual pant. Bcz it was mentioned in the offer buy 2 get 50% off so I have taken in total of 2 pants upon offer i have added one more pant. So in the end after all my efforts to applying the offer they said that the offer is not valid and you have to pay the MRP on individual pants. This is how they scammed me and other customers so like this they are fooling the people with the offer boards. The same situation happened to other customers also but the store or the manager nor the staff are not taking responsibility for the scam of offers they put on the display. Nor they are taking any responsibilities for their mistakes and asking people to full MRP price. This is how the stores scamming and making fool out people. Coz of this I lost my wasted my time, effort. So, I'm planning to file a case in consumer court. Please don't do such kind of cheating people by putting those kinds of fancy offers when they are not valid.

Worst experience: swipe machines not working : excess billing in excess of Rs. 290.00 : Customers have to be alert by checking bill amount and checking allowed discounts on the dresses : experienced less discounts on the dresses and had to fight with the billing clerks by showing them discount displayed clearly and boldly to convince billing clerk and atlast could succeed in collecting the excess billed amount of > 290/= . The manager near the ground floor billing counter is a person with no knowledge of discounts to be applied on dresses,and , simply having no explanation to excess billing, when pointed and simply has to accept our agreement. So. the customers have to be alert in checking their bill amounts for any excess amounts in the bill..

it is located in next Galleria mall..panjagutta..the mall is directly connected by metro station...so as soon as one enters the mall through metro connection...it is located in the left side..there is a counter for baggage..and it is spacious store with different various of collections..and all sizes are available ..it has ethnic wear and western wear...and designer wear...of various ranges ..it also has accessories.. cosmetics footwear watches eyewear and home centre ....the kind are staff and helps in choosing the right product...

Had been here to check perfumes and some women footwear, the sales men at the perfume department really helped me and showed the best perfumes that are available and with lot of patients, Shopper stop has really big brands in perfumes and the stock is really fresh !!!! and also staff helped me in picking the right footwear I wanted, shoppers stop launched the new footwear brand fatini, they are very luxurious in looks with decent prices and the soles are PU made and really soft Must buy and they are in offer!!

There are many outlets of Shoppers Stop in Hyderabad. I have visited all most all outlets in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Its good, it has a wide range of products from Apparels, shoes, artificial jewellery, books, toys, Home décor etc. They  have products from top brands and quality of all the products are usually good. I had brought lot of cloths from there, all are good. Although their price seems bit high but they are good. Their Ambiance and décor is also excellent and staff are also good.

Brand new Shoppers Stop design well and very neat and clean. It's organised well and has three floors all together. The first two floors for ladies and kids and the top floor is for the men. The kids action is beautifully designed and they have a very nice fitting room as well. The store is very properly lit up to each and every corner. They have all the dress along with accessories sections like travel bags backpacks women accessories etc.

Shopper stop is is multi branded garment with great collection of men's, ladies, kids wear. Traditional formal wear, Western wear, party wear garments are available at reasonable rates. Store is ambiently lighted with friendly staff. Store accepts cash and card payments are accepted. Kids strollers are not available, if those r available.it will be helpful. I recommend to visit store.

A great place to shop for whole family under one roof.. great formal and casual wear for mean and awesome ethnic and western wear for women.. the kids selection is also great. .. you can also shop for footwear from great brands like catwalk Inc 5 lavie steve madden hush puppies, arrow roush etc.. there is great had bag collection and loads of accessories

Pathetic service , no wonder the store is not performing is always dead . The fitting room staff doesn’t have basic etiquette to manage the crowd . It was not even busy and my trail room was given to someone else without even letting me know . I had my valuables inside . Store staff was just standing blank .

Best part here was they have a Wheel chair accessable trail room and this is the first place in which I have seen something like this. The store has various brands to choose from and huge collection to select . A good one where men,women and kids gets clothing along with some culinary, baggages also .

Nice place to shop for kids, men, women of all brands at one place. The offers are quite good and affordable, and huge varieties of all accessories available. Nicely explained by swamy (personal shopper). My self did around 70k purchase and took member ship, got nice gifts on offer, thanks to SWAMY.

I felt the ambience is very good , lack of bg music is lacking , but the collection's and range of clothing is very good. The offers are very limited and prices are a bit on high but if one see's quality is a thing to purchase you can go ahead. Watch out as Blazer section has limited collections.

Went to Shoppers Stop on 08.08.2021. The service at the billing section was absolutely dismal. Had to wait almost half an hour despite the fact that only one customer was there ahead of me. The staff were very unprofessional and were in no hurry to attend. Overall an unpleasant experience.

I gave a titan watch in February 19 to customer service center in shoppers stop,galleria mall,punjagutta. I called so many times to the customer care they always says that we will tell you after some,its been 4 month I gave it why your not giving me the information

I've ordered a fossil watch online for a store pickup. It was really hassle free. I've got a mail and a message the evening I ordered to pick it up the next day. The manager was really kind in helping me get a fossil cover and a different watch box to choose for.

Issues with GST.....!!!!! Irrespective of ALL THE TAXES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE TAG, they are adding GST(CGST+SGST) Of nearly Rs. 1000/- which is a greater loss to the consumer, So please do check Price tags if it includes taxes before paying the bill.

What a collection. Just great awesome. Definitely suggest visiting here. The shoes collection is just mind blowing with great pricing. Also there is a place for children's play zones where they enjoy themselves.

You will get branded cloths here but the offers will not be there correctly. If you buy a 40% offered cloth while billing the offer will become 30%. And staff will not respond you correctly.

As usual Good quality but routine stuff and different styles available but not much decent Stuff (Solid material) totally with multi colours and Plain Solid ones not available. Over-all ok.

Promotes and sales guys are least bothered about customers in Next Galleria Mall Punja gutta, similar experience from my Last 3 visits, especially in kids clothing section
