**terrible owner and food** We are the regulars of this restaurant but we will never go back again! We went there for lunch. As it was sunny outside and we asked if they could pulled down the blinds. The waitress pulled down a little bit of the blinds but it was still too bright. We asked if she could pull down more but she was reluctant and we didn't want to push her. Instead we asked if we could swap to another table so my colleague and I could face inside the restaurant not outside. The waitree was ok with it. As we were moving to the other table, the owner of the restaurant stormed through the restaurant to the windows and started shouting and yelling, and said, 'We are very busy, you are lucky to find a table in Australia'. The restaurant was only 1/3 full at the time. She gave me this evil look the whole time. My colleague's meal was disgusting, the beef in the Pad See Ewe was inedible. We got a beef take away too and there was this aweful smell from the beef too and we had to throw it away! Before we left and I spoke to the waitress: "it's very sad because we are the regulars." She apologised but there is nothing she could do. I feel hurt being mistreated on top of losing someone dear last week. I was shocked and did not know how to response at that time. But this is not ok! I am sharing it because mistreatment is not ok! We rang the restaurant afterwards, unfortunately we had to speak to 3 different people and the owner was not nice and the chef was feeling offended because we threw away his food. The owner kept saying we wanted a table of 4 and they are busy but this is not true! They remember us being the regulars and always order the same thing. Unforunately the beef from yesterday were all inedible in both our dine-in and take away dishes. I think they should check on their beef instead of the blaming. The flavours was ok it's the beef yesterday that was awful. There was this nice gentleman speaks better English and tried to explain the owner is not very fluent in English and apologized. He asked what do we want to do with this. Unfortunately none of us want to go back to the restaurant. Treating your customers like this is not ok and we are even the regulars. That just show how much they don't care about their customers which is very sad. I used to work in hospitality industry and it is vital to the business! After reading the comments from Google review and I noticed numerous complaints about the owner. I only feel sorry for the poor waitress.

WARNING: FOOD CONTAINS MSG!!! Daylight robbery! A group of seven of us went there for lunch and ordered the banquet at $28pp. One of our group ordered a vegetarian version. The vegetarian got his own red chicken curry and pad Thai. The other six of us had to share ONE red curry and ONE pad Thai!!! They brought out three serves of the beef and vegetables dish for 6 of use to share, but four of us waited for two more serves of pad Thai and red curry which didn't come! Luckily the two guys who had the pad Thai and red curry put in front of them didn't eat it all, otherwise four of us would have missed out altogether! This is a deliberate rip off. Don't judge the banquet by the online flier; it's misleading and false advertising. When we were leaving and I began questioning the older woman who appeared to be the boss, she knew exactly what I was about to say and tried cutting me off. I didn't let this happen and the rest of the patrons started listening in. As I opened the door to walk out, she started waving her arms and yelling at me; the whole restaurant had lunch and a show. I couldn't help but to turn around and yell back "It is robbery!" I only returned from this debacle of a lunch 30 minutes ago and the MSG headache has well and truly kicked in. AVOID THIS DODGY PLACE!!!

My colleague and I went there for lunch, and when we sat down, my colleague kindly asked for the blinds to be pulled down as it was hard to see due to the glare. I had my back to the lady so I didn't actually hear what the owner said, and If I did, I would have said something. My meal was disgusting, my beef Pad See Ewe: tasted like it had been cooked a week ago. I wouldn't be surprised if I get food poisoning. The business owner should not be allowed to operate as her behaviour towards us as customers was inexcusable.

we booked the restaurant today for 5 guest who came from overseas. we went their 10 passed 8.00 pm, sat down waited for long time, the girl came to take the order, took the order but instead of 3 fried rice she gave one, she was not happy at all, No Public relations at all. when i ordered she said yes you will get 6 pieces of rotti, but we got 4, i asked again she was not happy. when we finished our meal we wanted to order desserts and then she said kitchen closed. why on earth she asked us, before they closed the kitchen. they just do the job but don't care, that is why this place has enough seats, whole restaurant is empty, i tried many other Thai places but fully booked i couldn't get a seat. but this is empty the reason is bad attitude.

3stars Adding further information to my previous review. I have noticed people are unfortunately finding a link to Dandenong Pine Lodge. I can understand the once confused through a world of abbreviation but once read and understood that the suburbs are also of difference then there should be no bed brokers issue where one would need to find refuge in. Again for those confused PINEWOOD ... PINE LODGE. I would hate for others to experience the poor relationship and have medical reviews base their actions on what they believe is appropriate to relate and move forward from. It brings memory of a light at end of the tunnel or delighted at Endofn Tunnel.

It's really just food court food. Everything was really sweet just like kan tong. The meat quality was ok and the vegetables were nice, but the sauces (even the pepper sauce was sweet), presentation and service were all lazy. Not even asking me how I (didn't) enjoy my dinner at the end topped off with a "have a good one" just exemplifies how inadequate it is. Spare yourself the disappointment and go to the Thai restaurant on Stephensons Road instead. The food is more authentic, it's cheaper, has a nicer environment, and it's better all round. I live locally and it's been a while since i have been to Siam Village, now i remember why i stopped going.

Extremely rude owner, average food. Got seated at 6:30pm, with the waitress telling us that we needed to leave by 7:30pm as there was a booking. We agreed and food arrived at our table. At 6:45pm, an angry woman came to our table, telling us that we needed to empty our seats for the 7:30pm booking. We told her there’s still 45 minutes till 7:30 and there were still many empty seats left. She got angry, yelled that she was the owner of the restaurant and said we needed to leave.. the poor waitress had to apologise instead. Didn’t get to try the food properly but was quite greasy. Shocking customer service, will probably never come back here again!

Legitmately the WORST Thai food i've ever eaten. Expected delivery time of 45 minutes, came 2 hours later (I can understand a little bit late on a sunday night) But when I called back asking if I could get a refund because my food was cold (and offered to bring the food back to their premises myself) I was laughed at by the receptionist, and was told that there is nothing I can do, and that it's Menulog's problem... Save yourself the heartache and money and DO NOT eat from this place, the quantity, quality and price is actually disgusting. I didn't want to give it any stars at all, but annoyingly you atleast have to give it one to post this.

I came to order dinner for takeaway and waited outside cause other were having dinner. 20 mins later the lady who took order pointed out a carry bag which was there for 10 mins and sign languaged me to pick it up, she went back to rolling spring rolls. Not sure what sort of service is this. When I reminded her I was waiting outside as others were eating… she simply went acted like she didn’t understand and moved on

This is actually a nice restaurant, the food is good, it is priced midrange, it has everything going for it EXCEPT for the rude lady that works or owns it. I don't know what is her problem, but hospitality is not her thing (hopefully she was just having a one off bad day). If you can see past her attitude, then I would recommend the restaurant. This restaurant was indeed very average. Food was not very tasty with small serves, service was very, very poor, the restaurant closed early and they did not split bills. As I am accustomed to only paying by card, I had to go to an ATM to get cash to pay. This is ridiculous! I also think MSG was used as I am not feeling well at all today. It pays to read reviews before attending restaurants .

Food was lovely, hot and tasty and that’s where it ended! The lady at front of house shouldn’t be in hospitality… seriously what an unhappy human who has NO customer service skills or personality! Lots of great things to say about this place! The food was great because it was light, flavorsome and delicious... the staff were very polite and welcoming, and the decor was also nice. for those interested, I had the Red Duck Curry with coconut rice.. it was jampacked full of yummy flavours with vegetables, pineapple and lychee. Would definitely come back, and recommend it to others :)

One if the best Thai restaurants if not top 5 in the town. I had a lunch with my mate in this restaurant, we had steam fish and seafood TomYum with noddles , the food was absolutely delicious and I would try it again Friendly staff, beautiful service and reasonable prices. Worth the try. Thank you

Came here for Valentine's Day. Food was quite nice, but although we arrived on time and ordered fairly quickly, others came after us and had eaten and left before we had even got our food I know they were busy but I think our order got lost. A little disappointed as we started with lots of time before movie then felt we had to rush .

The service is always amazing. Nuc is the best!! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she is an absolute delight as well. Now the important part, the food; it’s great!! It is always prepared fresh and has the perfect balance of flavour and spice.

The curry puffs were not only tiny and oily, but they forgot the curry powder too. The Pad Thai had little flavour, and was lots of noodles, some chicken, and nothing else - no veggies at all. The Other dish had good balance of veg, meat and noodles, but flavour level very low. Will not get food there again.

Worst food and service. Spent $41 on curry and got a good 2cm of oil on top of each dish. Wouldn’t even stir through and tasted like I was drinking oil. Had to throw it away . Everytime I order from here it’s the worst experience. The workers barely speak English and the delivery driver is so rude.

We were told they ran out of pork and lamb on a Wednesday night at 6.30pm. I decided to have the beef on a sizzling plate. It was delicious but the meat was a bit over cooked. My husband had green curry with chicken. He enjoyed his meal and the chicken was nice and tender. Nice coconut rice too.

I am very sensitive to chilli and made sure I ordered a plate that doesn’t have any chilli or spicy ingredients, the plate was extremely chilli and when I asked the lady to change it and I will pay for it, she was extremely angry and rude. Not very impressed with the level of customer service.

Ordered the massaman red curry and Thai Green Curry with rice. Excellent flavour and the sauce was the X Factor. Nice and simple. Perfect lunch meal for a cold winter day. Only negative is lack of drinks options. Only water was available. No tea or anything else was available

I've been a patron of Siam Village for over ten years and keep coming back. I can highly recommend the Pad Thai it's consistently good.

Ordered Pad Thai, Spring rolls, Larb Salad by Uber eats. I didn’t enjoy the foods at all, Pad Thai was too sweet, Spring Rolls was too small and they only give me a tiny bit of sauce, also, Larb Salad taste so weird.

I've been eating here regularly for over 8 years. I love the lunch special chicken cashew. It's the perfect balance of Thai flavors. Spicy, sour, salty, sweet and savory. Yum.

Quiet midweek, so meals came in timely manner. All our usual orders - entrees X 3, and mains X 3 - for six, were delicious. Roti also nice. Nice table settings. Will go back.
