Had my hair coloured and cut here and it was absolutely terrible. Just wanted to touch up my existing balayage and I ended up with brassy patches everywhere. So bad that I had to go to another hairdresser to fix it. They were shocked at the colouring and especially the haircut (see image attached. The colour is from the new salon but the cut from this place). Contacted the owner for a refund but was told I should have come back to them to fix it. If they could do such a bad job the first time why would I trust them again to touch my hair? You can tell a lot about a place by how they reply to customers and you will notice that every bad review here just has an excuse from the owner and never an apology or acknowledgement of any wrongdoing.

Hair colour was way off. I asked for chocolate brown highlights and they sent me home with horrible brass highlights. I Contacted the salon and asked what they can do as I truly did not like the colour. They asked me to go back for a tone again at they time they said works for them. After all that I now have dark hair again all over. What’s worse is that they let me leave the salon with half my head very wet because the lady had another customer to serve! I really regret my visit at this salon I feel like I have put my hair through stress without any results at all. Waste of my time and money. Though staff seem nice but they just can’t get the services and colours right. I do not recommend this salon

The staff are nice, i have done blonde full head of foils on my natural hair colour, i got very dry, untoned, orange hair, i came back for toning in attempted to fix it, after washing my hair for a couple of times the rusty hair colour returned, I believe its because they didn’t leave the bleach for enough time when they have done the foils, and for the dryness issue i couldn’t fix it no matter how much masks and treatments i use, so i had to eventually chop my hair to make it easier even to brush my hair, I am really disappointed with the result as this is the ugliest hair colour i have done in my whole life.

This business has a policy of taking a $50 deposit if you cancel a coloring appointment without giving them 24hrs notice. I understand that's a policy but I thought they'd show understanding and a bit of human decency. I had to cancel my appointment at short notice and have lost my $50 as I was called into work a day shift from a night shift as a nurse. If this wasn't done there are patients on my ward, that would've been left without a nurse caring for them. Not everything is black and white but they do not care at all.

Erica and Nadia are both great hairdressers and i have been going to them for years now so normally I would give a 5 star review. However I was a bit disappointed to find that although I had booked with Erica, I had been assigned to another hairdresser i was not familiar with, for my tint, without any explanation. I think more open communication with me when i arrived and reassurance would have made this experience a better one. I was happy with the end result just not the experience this time.

I booked an appointment with Erica after reading lots of reviews about this salon and I was not disappointed. The customer service is amazing, they make you feel warm and welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Erica was an absolute gem, she made me feel so comfortable during my appointment and I can't thank her enough. I absolutely love my new haircut, thank you ladies for making it such a pleasant experience.

I've now been to Signature twice, different stylists each time, and both times have been EXTREMELY happy with my blonde (and I'm hard to please). The staff are all talented as well as being warm and welcoming. The salon is really nicely done too, and effort has even been put in to make the toilets a nice space. If you're looking for a salon that does blonde very very well, I couldn't recommend Signature more.

Jake is an amazing hairdresser!! I received an overall hair colour plus a haircut and he truly listened to what I wanted. He offered great suggestions and advice and worked his magic. I will be returning and having Jake do my hair regularly. Highly recommend this salon!! Everyone was welcoming and friendly and the price is just right. I walked away getting exactly what I wanted and extremely happy.

Erica and Nadia really care for my hair! They ensure I have the right colour for my skin tone but can mix it up if I want a change! They take time with product selection and I never feel rushed. You always feel welcomed and the coffee is great! They even let you dress them up for special occasions like Easter and Christmas !! The salon is amazing particularly the layout and services available!

Cut way too much off my hair and did not ask how I wanted my hair cut and, did not cut my hair the way it was cut when I came in. If someone's hair is cut blunt you should ask the customer before thinning out and cutting layers in it. Poor customer service the hair dresser hardly spoke and busy talking to work colleagues. Would not return. Better experience when I went last year.

Once again the Queen of hairdressing, Erica, has left me with hair that will stop traffic. As a head holder of fine hair, she constantly takes the condition of my hair with the utmost of importance. We experimented with hair colour again yesterday and she was full of options and advice. I love it! I hope many Jack Daniels come your way Erica. You are the best, chuck out the rest.

Been my hair dresser for the past 8 years! Both Erica and Nadia are amazing stylist and get my color spot on every single time. When you say a trim, they give you a trim and never a hack!! They are amazing hair dressers who are always friendly, love a chat and the salon is clean, warm and welcoming. Ill never see another salon... sorry girls, your suck with me for life

First time in 10 years I have been this happy with my hair, and it's simply from the right style cut. I've gone through so many hairdressers and never left happy until I stumbled across Signature. The customer service here is always so friendly as well, the salon is beautiful and the prices are very reasonable (especially for the quality).

I was impressed with Erica. Not only did she listen to my needs, she made suggestions and explained them. I felt positive about her ability and she put ne at ease. She was very professional and friendly. I was very happy with my hair style. Exactly what I was after. Highly recommend Erica Price was good. Salon was clean. Booking was easy.

The haircut was okay. I have wavy hair. walked in and asked for face framing layers. Everywhere I've gone, they straighten my hair before cutting it but the lady here didn't. I was in & out in 15 min. The next day I had an event so I straightened my hair and noticed the layers were not even. Luckily my friend evened it out.

I had a great haircut here but sadly did not have the same experience for colour. Some parts of my balayage look like chunky highlights and the rest is the old colour, haven’t been touched on. I’m not happy with the blending. And sadly, my hair has never been more damaged - my strands keep snapping off.

Walked in yesterday for a consultation and I felt quite insecure about the way my hair looked. I saw Tanya and she was able to squeeze me in and I walked out with my expectations being exceeded with how it turned out. When I first put a review I was trying to be optimistic that my hair was fine. However, went another salon shortly after, had my haircut fixed and had the colour blended better to what it was. What was done at my session at signature was was not very good and felt I wasted my time/money.

I had my first appointment at Signature over the weekend and went in for a simple cut and blow wave. Effie was my hairdresser and she did a fantastic job! She was able to give me recommendations and the blow wave turned out absolutely gorgeous. I think I have found my new hairdresser :)

I’m very particular with my hair and since moving back to the area I have tried other salons that I wasn’t happy with. Erica gave me a wonderful cut and I have since been back for her to do some colour too. She listened to what I was after and delivered. No complaints from me.

Had my hair coloured and cut by Yaren. The stylists were able to get my hair back to my root colour from a bright colour. I was pleasantly surprised by the haircut Yaren gave me, which was very chic. Definitely would recommend and would be returning.

Had a complete restyle with Nadia, she was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about different hair products to use on my now short hair and gave me a tutorial on how to style it. Will definitely be coming back to this salon. Highly recommend

Really expensive ($75) for a junior hairdresser. The hairdresser who cut my hair was lovely but a bit inexperienced and the haircut wasn't what I wanted/asked for. I also got a frosty reception when I walked in so not a great experience overall.

Do not recommend the junior stylist. Asked for basic haircut with layers. It was rushed towards the end with uneven cut and layers.
