I called in advance to see if they offer lash extensions and stated ill get the clusters, i drive all the way there only for the staff to tell me she only has 2 packs off clusters and I must choose what I want, I said neither because they were too small for me clearly and then she started showing me individuals which clearly didnt fit my budget or what I asked for. It was a waste of my time and petrol and I definitely will not recommend to anyone. They lady that was going to do my lashes clearly had no idea about anything and was asking me to just choose everything without even a consultation.

We got vouchers from Hyperli. The place was very nice and the staff were very friendly. But for anyone wanting to buy the vouchers please be aware; 1 They use a lower quality gelish paint for voucher customers 2. The colour choices are like 1/3 of the non voucher customers. 3. Because of them using lower quality they need to put more coats and it can become a little bulky Otherwise we hear happy. The staff were wonderful but I wish we were told of these things beforehand

The customer service is great as I am always accommodated to my individual needs. They use good quality products because I have a more sensitive skin so I cannot just wax with any product, whatever wax they use works for me from brows to my bikini area. My nails look fabulous so I now just need to try the massage and facial.

I went in to getaways french gel on my nails and I must say it looks like I done it myself. I am so disappointed I can't even begin to tell you. Solid colors their work is so beautiful but with French please use someone else

Had a 1 hour Swedish massage. It was magical. Julia really took care of me and took her time working through my stressed shoulders and back. I will definitely return.

Massages are amazing!!! I had a pedicure though and it wasn't great I paid R100 more for my feet to be sanded and the paint was chipping after one day.
