Major rip off. Took my 2 watches out from my hands without discussing price despite me asking beforehand (for band adjustment), and 3 minutes later charged me $20+tax for his time. Unfriendly staff who likes to watch news on their laptop rather than pay attention to the customers waiting around them.

Went here for a battery replacement he said 10 minutes. I came back watch was running get home and notice the handles were off. Went back and he said was I in a fight he didn’t do this and he can’t repair it and it’s not his responsibility.
