I recently visited the Simon Curwood store at Chermside to purchase an engagement ring for my partner (now fiancé) and was blown away by their stunning collection. The team at Chermside are absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I most highly recommend James (Assistant manager), who helped us from the very beginning. The first step of picking the Jewel, to designing the ring and every bit of service in between was of the highest calibre. He was always very helpful, patient and extremely attentive to what it was we were after. His attention to detail and to our needs were second to none. We will definitely be back to design our wedding bands and future jewellery pieces. Outstanding customer service and knowledge! The two ladies Ashlyn and Ella helped my fiancé and I both to find out dream wedding bands! The ladies went above and beyond to ensure the pieces that we choose were exactly what we were after! The store not only was beautiful and clean but has an incredible atmosphere! The shop at Chermside is totally unprofessional, I have been so badly treated that I have had to threaten legal action, I am still trying to get my ring back from a quote for a small repair, I still have not been able to get it back. Do not use them under any circumstances. So bad.

I'm glad I found this place. They do wonderful custom peices and take you on a huge journey when designing and finding a diamond. They have a lot of detail in their design process, and the staff there are very patient with you. There's some great pieces in there already too
