My experience with sirius removals was not bad but also not very good. I was quoted for 15 cubic meters and 1.5 hours for pick and 1.5 hours for delivery. I received little information about when they would come to pick up my belongings, they told me afternoon/evening the day before, and ended up coming at 9pm, giving me a 5 minute warning of their arrival. They were able to pick up from 2 locations, which took them less than 1.5 hours. However, when I asked them to pack a few items that were not on the inventory list they were very unpleasant about it, even though I didn't even use up half of the quoted area. I was so uncomfortable I left some things to be brought up by family because I didn't feel comfortable asking the removalists due to their unpleasant response to items not on the inventory lists. My belongings were delivered safely with minor scratchers. The delivery location had one set of stairs to the living areas with a garage underneath. When they arrived I asked them to put the boxes in the main living space and their response was a flat out no, they would put them in the garage underneath. It took them less than an hour to move all the big furniture upstairs, so I asked them to bring the boxes up if they had time. With 20 minutes left on the clock since they arrived, they left leaving 1/3 of the boxes still in the garage for me to bring up myself. While I appreciate that my stuff arrived relatively safely, I think the customer service, communication, and doing exactly what the customer pays for needs to be improved. For my own piece of mind I won't be using this company again.

I cannot stress enough to pick any other moving company if you value your peace of mind. I had a really stressful, uncomfortable and unprofessional experience with Sirius Removals during my move from Melbourne to Sydney. First, they arrived seven hours late for the move. We had agreed on a 9am arrival time and I had booked elevator access and cleaners based on this time. I needed to cancel the cleaners and lost access to the elevator time slot as a result of their delays. I had to call multiple times to find out where they were and got evasive and changing responses each time. The company provided no proactive updates despite being seven hours late, and I needed to follow up several times. I'm pretty sure my number was eventually blocked as it went straight to voicemail multiple times before calling back on a private number which they answered immediately. The delay meant I also needed to cancel my flight to Sydney as a result of the lack of communication, resulting in needing to pay for a new flight the following day and accomodation that night. The company promised multiple times over the phone to compensate me for the issues but then charged the complete original amount and had two of their staff stand over me and watching me complete the invoice before they'd leave my house at the drop off location. Save yourself the headache and find any other company – their competitors charge the same prices when you calculate the additional fees. I hope this review helps others avoid the same stressful and unprofessional experience I had.

Claimed it took them 6 hours to move a small amount of items out of a one bedroom apartment. Added an additional $500 to the quoted moving costs. EDIT. BAD ACTORS I added the above review after disputing the pick up time with the company. They claimed they were at my property for 6 hours they were not. They called me during the job and after it was completed. I can provide phone logs of this. There was a piece of exercise equipment that was dissembled the movers confirmed that this took twenty minutes. The company had no interest in discussing any of this with me until i posted a negative review. At which point they started calling me and telling that they would not unload my goods at the other end if i did not take the negative review down. When i refused they offered to halve the additional charges. I refused and said i would pay the additional charges rather than be threatened about taking a review down. When the movers arrived to unload my goods they pushed me take the review down and said they would refund the full amount of the additional charges. They also delayed the unloading for a significant time while they called head office back and forth about my non compliance in taking the review down. I found this interaction quite uncomfortable and intimidating. I have attached screenshots of an email they sent me confirming they would not charge me if i took the review down. I have refused this because i do not want others to have to go through this experience

Really professional movers. Me and my husband are extremely satisfied with the service. Adam contacted me and asked if it was okay to have the pickup a day later as one of the worker was sick and he immediately rescheduled a next day delivery. The removalists were really punctual; arriving 5min prior to the time that was told to me. We dealt with John and his colleague. He was upfront regarding any excess payments needed from the beginning of the move by gauging the items i have, which helped to prepare ourselves mentally and financially. We couldn’t be in the new home that the furnitures were moved into when they arrived but they were really trustworthy. All items arrived and were in the same condition. They also helped to put all furnitures at the place where i mentioned and were very thoughtful to protect the furniture that was meant for the balcony from the rain. They were also thoughtful to place the furnitures in a way that it would not scratch the wooden flooring. Highly recommended!

Ronnie and his brother arrived on time to find I had 5 cu.mtrs more to transport than I had estimated. They were totally unfazed by this and said they should be able to fit on the extra for a small cost more even though they were to pick up another load after mine. They handles my furniture, etc, as if it were their own and were courteous and polite throughout. When there was a hold-up doing the 2nd load I was kept fully informed at all times. I realised that I needed to access one of my 65 boxes which were going into storage and asked if they could possibly keep an eye out and place it at the front of the storage container. They happily did this and forwarded photos which i really appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They are extremely professional in all they do while transporting people's precious items and will accommodate their requests where they can.

With my first contact with Sirius Removals, I knew that this was the movers for us. Melinda was AMAZING, her customer service was outstanding and she was all over everything, I was thinking that I had thought about everything to do with our move from Rye, Victoria to Coolangatta but no, Melinda took me through a few things that I had not thought about. Mario, Danica and Adam and their team did a sensational job of moving us from the northern beaches to the Sunshine Coast. They were patient with us while we worked out how much stuff we were going to bring, they communicated very well throughout the process, the boys were on time to load the truck, and did not stop until it was ready to go. They arrived on time at our new place in the Sunshine Coast the next day and again unloaded without a break until it was all inside. Not a thing was broken, and the service was excellent. Last Friday, the furniture from my Mother’s home was picked up by two very efficient and helpful removalists – John and Rain. The assistance of both men was greatly appreciated by me – they were friendly and professional and took great care of the furniture. Moving interstate has been highly stressful and Sirius were amazing. Firstly, they were the most affordable option across the board - I only had a couple of things to move and they were priced great compared to their peers. Secondly, I had lots of dramas with gaining access to my drop off location and the team was great - they went above and beyond to explore every option possible with me and to find a solution. The 2 guys handling my items were super careful and efficient. Highly highly recommend Sirius for any interstate or local moves. Cannot recommend them enough!

Movers showed up hours late then as soon as they arrived started complaining about the amount they were being asked to move even though I had provided the company a list of items. One of them spent more time sitting in the truck than actually moving anything. Multiple items dropped and damaged with little care shown for our possessions. Not sure what route they took but they arrived 45 minutes after us (took us 15 minutes and the movers over an hour). In the end, the job took 5 hours when our previous movers did it in 2.5 and had more items to move.

Sirius Removals was able to make quick adjustments with last minute rebooking due to unforeseen events. The two movers sent took good care when moving furniture and other items. Roni and Adnan were very professional and efficient in wrapping and loading our furniture. Once wrapped they covered everything with blankets to avoid any damage. Our furniture arrived in Sydney from Queensland undamaged as expected. The carefully brought the furniture into the house and placed it in all the required rooms without a fuss or rush. We had 3 people move us from storage into our house. They were very careful with our things and wrapped everything in blankets and plastic wrap. The move from leaving Brisbane to Melbourne was amazing with these guys! I had Mario for the driver and spoke to mel though everything!
