Visited skechers store at paradigm mall on 9/10 and all d staff is really friendly and helpful. They are not following us closely but they watch us. So it gives some privacy to is when choose the design. When we need help they just approach us and help us.

The female sales assistant is rude and hates her life. She clearly hates people and herself. Maybe she should reconsider her job? If you are going to be in sales, you better be prepared to entertain customers. We are the reason why you are even employed.

Today went to skechers in Paradigm mall to exchange a pair of skechers shoes. Met staff Faez who attended to me with polite and excellence service. I am pleased with his good knowledge of skechers. Thank you for his good service again.

Faezz or Faiz (so sorry i misspelled your name) was very patient and helpful in getting the right shoe size for my dad who has unusual foot...think him tried on like at least 6 pairs of shoes.tq …

There is a very nice guy with short hair who has really great service.I don't remember his name, but I heard his coworker call him Faez or Faiz i think...thank you so much and God bless him!

The sales girl is not friendly at all. Doesnt appear willing to help. Too bad i almost made my purchase there but decided not for this kind of bad attitude. Show your customer some respect.
