We had to get some shoes for my mother. The lady who helped us was very lovely. She was patient and very polite. Even when she needed to help other customers, she would pop past and apology and said she won't be long. She was able to help us and other and made the experience very easy. Best shoe shopping experience ever.

One of the better stocked Skechers stores In Sydney. Women’s sizing is a bit of an issue with Skechers shoes, with many not offering half sizes. However each experience I’ve had shopping he has been positive. The staff are always responsive and do their best to help even when understaffed.

Tried to buy shoes here that Myer had but their pair of sketches had a mark. They didn't even offer to order them in, and I had to order them from the illegal shopping invader Amazon even though I was trying to support the local retail industry buying essential work shoes for my sister.

Can’t get my size in any of their shops. Staff member said that when I physically go to their shop and try a different pair, they will get the shoes that I want and have them sent to me. If they don’t fit, then I send/ take them back to get a refund. Wonderful service
