Skies shine because of its trainer, Mahender. He always push us go an extra mile while closely monitoring our health and fitness. His diet plans are no less than a dietician’s. I’ve lost 10kgs while maintaining a healthy diet and workout routine recommended by Mahender. I’ll always recommend skies over any other gym

I would say, this has been the best place to work out so far for me. The trainer over here is very helpful and guides everyone for a good workout. Gives valuable feedbacks, diet plans and personal training. The atmosphere is encouraging and pushes you to your limits. I would have given 10 star, for the trainer

I have been working out for many years but in skies for 5 months and I have never seen such a lovely instructor. He transforms your body in terms of strength, stamina and weight to a great level. Superb place. Mahendar who is the instructor is fantastic. He does a lot for his people. Amazing place to be.

I have known Mahender Anna (Trainer) for a while. Very much patient and dedicated towards fitness. Possess Wealthy knowledge about diet and nutrition. Best pick to workout in and around Sainikpuri with first class equipments. No second thought best gym so far.

This fitness studio is filled with energy and coach pumps you up when u are suffering with lack of confidence. the coach transforms your body into the best one you can dream of all equipments are well maintained and studio is clean and upto date.

It is the best gym in the locality with a clean and health climate. We have a very experienced trainer. This is the gym which has all the equipment's for full body exercise. I love my daily mornings because i love my Gym.
