Ruby is incredible!!! Her custom facials are a dream every time. But the real value comes with her services designed to make skincare easy and accessible for every person struggling with skin issues. I showed up to Skin By Ruby with a skin issue that I had been struggling with for years! The skin around my nose would become red, inflamed and flaky with the slightest change in anything in my life. She worked with me extensively over a year to tailor my facials to what my skin needed in that moment and overhauled my daily routine. She took the time to understand the time I wanted to spend on my daily routine and checked in as I changed different products and eliminated things like washing with hot water. When my nose improved then reverted AGAIN with a prescription cream my dermatologist recommended she recommended a different moisturizer and a technique where you apply your moisturizer twice. That finally did the trick and my nose hasn’t had any issues in over 6 months.

Skin by Ruby ladies are the best! I reached out to Ruby last winter about getting on her books and that I was nervous to have a facial as I have VERY sensitive skin that’s prone to breakouts . While she didn’t have any openings at the time, she took them time to give me some tips and pointers. Then when Natalie started, I booked Immediately & I have loved every treatment/experience. Natalie really listened to my concerns and skin goals, she made me feel so comfortable. The facials are so relaxing -especially the massage!! She has truly improved my skin- I get so many compliments on how my skin looks!

Ruby is incredibly knowledgeable about skin and skincare and her custom facials are where I die and go to heaven once a month. My skin has never been this clear and all of her personalized recommendations have been exactly what my skin needs. We always set a goal at the beginning of each facial but once she is up close and personal with my skin, she’ll switch things up based on what will help the most. Ruby is the best! I had never been to an esthetician before and was nervous, but she made me feel really comfortable. I had a ton of hormonal acne in my late twenties and wanted to try microneedling to get rid of scarring. Best decision I could have made! This was more than a facial. It was a life changing experience I saw Ruby on Instagram and scheduled a facial with her when I was visiting the Phoenix area. It was absolutely amazing. My skin looked amazing afterwards, of course, but Ruby also gave me tips and product suggestions that have kept my skin looking great ever since. She is kind, talented, and so knowledgeable. I just wish I lived in Phoenix so I could visit her regularly!
