The property is awesome and located on the highest floor of the building. The only tricky part to stay here is to find the apartment. Just keep in mind that this is not a hotel it’s a personal apartment used for business purpose but it’s totally safe to stay here with Family. The apartment building entrance is from inside the small shopping mall where there are many small coffee shops and mini mart. Room comes with excellent view of Astana specially at night and Free WiFi. The owner is very cooperative, we asked for airport transfer and she came with us early in the morning to arrange the taxi also to make sure that taxi will charge 2000kz for the airport. Here are the tips which will help you to find the apartment: Step 1: Ask Taxi Driver to drop you at Dostyk Avenue 5 Street, in front of Mega Sport - see attached picture Step 2: Entrance to shopping mall is next to Tez Tour sign board (which is under the stairs) - see attached picture Step 3: Go to Level 1 using stairs Step 4: Almost 50 steps away on your left next to the shop you will see glass entrance showing ДОСТЬIК 5/1. This is the entrance. Step 5: To unlock the door press 221 or wait somebody open it for you Step 6: Now go to 41 floor, apartment number 221 or call to the number provided in booking. That's it :)

It's not that hard to find if you follow the instructions in the review, if you can't find it better to ask people around (some speak English) because the owner doesn't... It's worth the hassle though as the view is really stunning and the price very reasonable. The only downside is that the mattresses are too soft.

В общем, за эти деньги неплохо. Вид из окна лучший в городе. Сам номер большой, но простенький. Розетки далеко от кровати. Скорость интернета никакая. Завтрак надо заказывать на конкретное время, выбор не большой, но, съедобно.

Есть много вопросов мелких к сервису, но вид из окна и возможность прикоснуться к облакам , просыпаться на 41 м этаже и спускаться на скоростном лифте затмевают. Если вам нужна гостиница, чтобы просто упасть на кровать - илеальный вариант в самом центре!

41 этаж северного сияния! С видом на Байтерек и Акорду! Немного прохладно в делюксе. Чисто и комфортно. Удобно добираться до любой точки Астаны!

Всё хорошо, кроме лифтов, которые ждёшь по пять минут
