Blessed to have an inner city stop so close to home. Makes talk of an airport link to the airport redundant when services like this exist. Far better than heading to a central station like Southern Cross only to have to change again. The buses are prompt and drivers courteous. There is even free wifi on the bus. Hopefully they'll increase the frequency on this line to more than one per hour and some more evening routes.

When it runs on time it is ok. But it is usually delayed en route to the airport. Unfortunately there are no live updates or ways of finding out where it is cancelled or just delayed. The Peninsula service is so infrequent that it wastes a lot of time. The staff are probably not well paid as they behave as though they are very unhappy, with most being apathetic and indifferent to customers. Still, cheaper than a taxi.

Great option for airport transfers, much better than a taxi in many respects, (assuming you can get to the pickup points). Worth getting a family pass to save even more. Quick, comfortable, free wifi, however aircon was a bit smelly.

I catch the shuttle from St Kilda, and they are fantastic. Very helpful with luggage and directions once you get to the airport, and delivered my wallet when I left it on the bus one evening. Great service all around.

Completely haphazard schedule, long waiting times. Waited for 10 min for Elsternwick station bus which never came. Even from airport to your destination, there is 1-2 hours wait to catch a bus. Complete waste of money

Disgusting service. It's always late and this time I couldn't even get a seat so I was standing for 50min. Spend more money and increase bus frequencies!

Bus left 15 minutes early. In a shop nearby, watched bus pull out. Had to take taxi from Frankston or miss flight to LA. Waste of time and money.
