My experience at SMAASH Janakpuri was rather disappointing, to say the least. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm one would expect in a recreational venue. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. The real letdown, however, was the quality and quantity of the food served. The portions were embarrassingly small, leaving me wondering if they were trying to cut costs at the expense of customer satisfaction. The taste of the dishes did little to redeem the experience – bland and uninspiring, as if the chefs had lost all motivation to create something enjoyable. To add to the frustration, the waiting time for the food was unexpectedly long, making the overall dining experience quite tedious. It felt as though the establishment was understaffed or poorly managed, resulting in a lackluster dining experience. Considering the variety of entertainment options available at SMAASH Janakpuri, the subpar service and disappointing culinary offerings were a stark contrast. It's disheartening to see such potential wasted due to neglect in crucial areas like staff training and food quality. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking a satisfying dining and entertainment experience.

Have been to lot of other Smaash facilities but this one is just amazing. Celebrated my Son’s birthday party here recently and we were left awestruck by the care taken & hospitalitiy of the staff. All the guests, kids enjoyed the party a lot and everyone was praising the ambience, facilities, games and quality of food offered as part of the package. Games, Staff, food, location, parking & what not. Special thanks to Neha Mam(Supergirl) who manages A to Z to make the celebration a memorable experience, Srishti Mam( who was taking good care of all the guests and making sure there is no inconvenience to anyone related to games, food or any other) and not to miss Mr. Ajay who designs the packages & manages it as a whole. I would recommend this place to everyone, they have nice packages, space, ambience and what not.

Loved the place but prices are so confusing You cant even call anyone to check the ongoing terms and conditions I went there on ganesh chaturthi they were giving the same price as weekend they do not think of the customer that vo kitni dir se travel krke aa rhe hai kitne traffic me se nikal ke to relief their stress but make card do recharge this gst that deduction so and so.

Lovely place spent lot of time there. Food serve was very nice. drinks all were very good. staff was nice and humble. So much activities game and blowing. Enjoyable place for children and adults as well. Great ambiance
