I have been a customer here for years and today was the last straw. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was spoken down to by the girl who done my hair. Too busy criticizing how I wanted my hair and trying to push her opinions on me. Followed by the most vigerious basin experience with water and toner flicking over me. Once it was cut i was checking the length, to be asked what are you doing Just because they are a cheaper alternative to other hairdressers does NOT mean a paying customer should be treated like that. Rude and unnecessary

Service was terrible & non attentive to cutting my hair and when asked to focus on cutting my hair she became passive aggressive in speech towards me and tried to make out that I was disrespecting her .. she even overcharged me at the til which I chose not to argue over ... I have been coming to this salon for 15 years and have never been treated so poorly and aggressively by a staff member...it's a shame, she was so lazy that she never swept up the hair from the previous client before sitting me down... disgusting !

First time i had my hair cut here no problem. However I went back on a Saturday morning about three weeks ago and it was the worst hair cut I've ever had. I'm going to another hairdresser tonight to get this cut fixed. There are long and short bits all over the place. Its terrible. Fortunately my hair grows quickly, others might not be so lucky. I will not be going back again. I gave it two stars because the first cut was okay. Don't go on a Saturday.

One star is lucky I have you that , you were absolutely beyond unprofessional, you say give me 30 minutes and you are next ! Yet a family walks in of 4 and you take them on when my daughter and I are waiting patiently and turned around and said nope they are next as they say they were sitting down yetwe were standing up due to the fact we have manners! You are just rude and can’t believe how you still have a business

I walked out crying after my long healthy hair when I walked in came out after 5half hrs looking like a tiger with stripes and patches and dry damaged hair . Staff was extremely lovely but my hair is not good. Even my friends 8yr old daughter said what happened to my hair and that's saying something took me a long time to get it how I wanted and just wanted grey roots blended very disappointed

Had my haircut today. Really pleased with the result. My hair was an absolute mess to start with due to the lockdown. It took ten minutes for the stylist to rectify my hair. Fantastic haircut. Would definitely recommend this salon. In the past I have paid big money at other local salons and they have never cut my hair as good as this salon which was very cheap in comparison.

While getting a great value professionally cut and trim you also get a terrific conversion with the hairdresser which at the time you're conversing you get the feeling she's your best friend and leave feeling that you've put the world straight. You also leave with the best trim you've had in a long time and with a smile on your dial.

worst customer service and worst hair cut. Seriously wondering if the lady who cut my hair was even qualified. I could tell this lady had no passion for her job and did not put any effort or care into cutting my hair. Came out with a completely different hair style than what i asked for. very disappointing :(

To the grey haired woman at rosebud I took my daughter in yesterday to get her hair cut and you absolutely ruined it too short and totally uneven you missed areas of her hair and left them long you should be ashamed and I'm wondering if you 're even qualified will never come back !

Staff member passive aggressive and rude to myself and other clients. Tried contacting owner as I have witnessed her rude to other and experienced it myself on multiple occasions. Very disappointing and perhaps owner should consider change of staff.

The ladies who work here are super friendly! Not a very long wait, I’m always impressed with whoever I get as they’re all fantastic. I’m from regional Victoria and I will come down here just for a haircut because I can’t find anywhere better.

Turned down my 14yo son for a trim. We have been going there for years. He is not required to have a vaccination tick due to age. Boycotting this business for discrimination/segregation. I'll make sure everyone knows about it.

Friendly staff. Always nervous getting my short hair cut from someone new but Val did a great job. No booking required, just walk in. Very reasonable prices too.
