A genuine reliable company who will always do everything possible to ensure the safety of all of their clients regardless of the time it takes they never do the hard sell no rip offs they worked tirelessly to repair both our front and our porch doors it was winter it was really cold raining and very late at night too when they came back as we had a problem no grumbles no extra charges determined to make sure we were safe secure and had peace of mind. Service with a smile so when we needed locks changed on our garage I didn't hesitate to call them fast response and very quickly changed the locks we had new keys so we could access the garage, again it was awful weather no complaining from them they know what they are doing and they do it well most importantly they will never rip you off. I have no hesitation in recommending Smiths Lock Services I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I contacted Smith's Locksmiths 2 days ago, after reading positive reviews on Nextdoor. I had a long standing issue with locking my French doors which now needed to be sorted out urgently. Smith's informed me that somebody could come and assess the work and provide a quote before I decided if I wanted to go ahead. All this happened within a couple of hours of my initial call. I was happy with the quote and the work went ahead. The job turned out to be a lot more awkward than anticipated and took about 2 hours to resolve (definitely more time anticipated by quote). However the chap who was doing the work was informative, very professional with an upbeat attitude and very importantly stuck to his original quote. Integrity and professionalism- I definitely recommend this company.

Smith's lock services was very helpful while dealing with an issue we had with our multi point lock. From the initial visit to assess the problem, all the way to payment, they were always attentive and proactive into finding the best solution to our problem. They were cordial, attentive and professional throughout the process. Because we have an old door what should have been a same-day fix became a multi day 'treasure-hunt' trying to find a suitable alternative for what turned out to be a discontinued element. However, they were always on top of the situation and made sure we got to a suitable solution at the end. I do not hesitate to recommending them, and will use them for any works that might need a locksmith in the future.

After being ripped off by a larger company and being left with having to have a new lock fitted to our front door, we called Smiths who told us they could be available that afternoon, arriving when they said they would. Completed the job to a very high standard, talked us through what they were doing, were polite and respectful and managed to make it slightly cheaper for us too. They even tightened a few screws on our door to make it shut smoother, just going above and beyond really, we thought. Honestly after the ordeal we had faced the night before, this was exactly the service we needed. Thank you so much, will recommend to everyone!

I promised to send a honest review to the Smiths to thank them for their excellent service. They replied and came to quote very quickly to my enquiry of replacing some panes of our misted double gazed windows. They were knowledgeable about the job and also direct and honest about the cost. We found it reasonable. We are always cautious on payment with a new work relationship through online, hence we required to pay deposit via credit card even though involving extra levy. We are so grateful it went very well. We tend to get doubt about a lot of fake online reviews, but you dont have to doubt mine. I am happy to recommend them.

I got in touch with Smith's Lock Services as we started to have some issues with our front door lock which we wanted to have replaced. The team arrived on time (both were wearing masks - this review was written during COVID-19), was very polite, presented the different options and got the job done the same day. Even though the job took longer than originally expected (there are always surprises with an old house), they did not charge any extra for the additional time. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I can highly recommend Smith's Lock Services.

So, I called them and before even giving me a quote he spoke through what had happen with the lock and tried to understand what he needed to do. I was made to feel very comfortable as in I was not pressured to accept anything and he said call back when you’ve made a decision. Especially being on a Saturday I thought it was going to cost a fortune but for a new lock and unlock of the old one, we were all very pleased! Had just moved house and contacted them Wednesday morning via email. Rapid reply and a locksmith was with me midday to measure a couple of locks. Got me a quote within 30 mins of leaving, i was happy to proceed thinking it would be done the next day however they managed to come back same day at 4pm. Great service, professional locksmith who took the time to talk me through all the different options and even some recommendations going forward. Great to have such a good local company. I couldn't have wished for a better service: we are new to the area and contacted a few locksmiths for a quote. Justin was very responsive and helpful. when he arrived, there was a problem with the way one of the old locks had been fitted - Justin went away and returned a few times until he found the solution and the right parts to correct the issue - all at no extra charge. he did his job with great care and honesty. he also was helpful with some local tips for us. I phoned Smith's Locks as our double glazed back door was getting very difficult to open. It wasn't urgent, but they came the same day and re-aligned the door and made sure every bolt was locking perfectly. The price was very reasonable and we were delighted with the result. He also looked at out porch door and repaired the handle which was in addition to what I cad called him for. Highly recommended.

I had Smiths Lock Services recommended to me and I'm glad I did. They were punctual and although they could not complete the job on the day due to having to order a part, they let me know exactly what was going on, locked us up for the night and came back the next day at the agreed time with the part and completed the job. Called Tyler last week to see if they could help with fixing a window which was shut and not opening with the handle. Double glazing is quite old but they were able to obtain a new gear box and opening mechanism which they've been back to install today and my window now opens! Highly Recommend Smith’s Locksmith!! I had locked myself and little one out today(Easter Weekend) and they provided with emergency service to help us get in. The front door lock was difficult but they managed to open without breaking the lock(saving me money). I will be recommending them around and using the service for future locks. We needed a lock replacing for an elderly relative moving to the area. I called Smiths on Saturday morning and they arrived 2 hours later and replaced the lock making it completely secure.
