Bad attitude, poor service. When inquiring about products I was told they didn't have bowls, they did. When I found a bowl I said oh thats neat, and the sales person groaned. Not thinking much of it until I went to pay when I was told they dont take card. I said sure np one moment and retrieved a $50 bill. I mentioned i was pleased to see someone taking cash, if not card (most places dont take cash) to which I got a lecture about covid and taking cash. Not only was he rude and condescending he seemed to loathe having to do his job. After careful consideration Ive decided to take his advice, not spend my cash at Smoke Effex and do my shopping online. No signs posted indicate they dont take card.

New to vaping, didn't know much about it. Went in to the store looking to get some information. I was made to feel unwelcome and told I should do more research before coming in. The guy working there was just annoyed and clearly didn't want to take any time out of his day to explain anything to me. I was the only person in there, so I wasn't holding up anyone's time by asking questions. If you're new to vaping and want to learn a little bit about it from an experienced person like I did, don't go here. I gave it two stars because the store itself appeared to have a decent selection. Bad customer service. I'll happily drive further to avoid giving them my business.

Hands down the worst shop I've been to. Not only is their selection limited, but the staff are frequently rude, dismissive, and blatantly unhelpful. From the moment I walked in I could tell that I wasn't wanted - that I was just interrupting whatever the guy was doing in the previously empty store. He actually rolled his eyes at me when I asked a question about something. And this isn't even the first time I went there. I've been to this shop on three separate occasions, each experience identical. Also, they don't take debit. Sure, they have a machine that doesn't charge, but it's 2018. What shop doesn't take debit? Save your money. Go elsewhere.

Steve was incredibly thorough with me. I had no idea what i was looking for and intended on spending about 50-60$. After speaking with Steve, his knowledge base influenced me to spend more than double what i had anticipated... But i am much happier with his suggestions than with what i originally expected to purchase. I am a totally satisfied customer and plan to return when i need additional items or juice. I would highly recommend speaking with Steve. He even went through the steps on how everything works. Fabulous customer service experience.

I have worked in customer service for years & in my experience when a patron comes in asking to be educated you DO NOT turn them away by saying "You should do research before you come in here" as rudely as you possibly can.... Completely floored by this service. Horrible products as well their vape juice is gross, their paraphernalia is cheap. Just not impressed, will not go back again. If you're looking for a vape shop to take the time to explain things and help you get into vaping just go to Sir Vape Alot..

The staff here is so rude! They were so condescending to me because I forgot to show ID as soon as I came in. I am of age but I figured youd have to show ID when paying. Sorry for not reading the sign saying you have to show as soon as I come in but just dont be rude. Tell me that in a kind, human way. Also, the store only takes cash for some reason. Terrible selection and prices and just sketchy overall.

Updating my review again. My last couple of visits have been really pleasant. (My first few we're less so). As a result I'm changing my review. The service I've received recently was really helpful and friendly. It's still not my recommendation for ejuice but as far as the selection of hardware and the service I have to say it has improved. Hope they keep up the good work.

I have received really good service from the all the Locations but Steve at the March Road location was Fantastic! He took the time to explain the promotions and products. I spent $40 and walked out with 8 large bottles. Steve also not only resolved an issue I was having he took the time to explain WHY I was having the problem. Great Prices and Customer Service!!!!!!

Terrible business, stay away. Don't buy their lies, spend your money elsewhere. Rewards program is a joke, as they change cards all the time and dont honour your old ones. Good luck returning that broken out of the box device they sold you. I shopped there for 5 to 6 years, and I'll never go back. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves

Lien sketchy owners they lie and steal from employees and customers but accuses other of theft. They also gave expired disposable away to anyone who gave good reviews to get their stars up. Which the stars were always low. If you knew the owners personally you would understand. Be aware and safe from these lien skechty ppl.

I love going to this specific location because the staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and they're always down for a good chat. Very welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are all widely educated on the products they're selling. I also really respect how strict they are with checking ID's.

i had one of the rudest people I've ever met serve me there this past Saturday. He treated me like I was stupid for having questions. They had what I wanted so I did buy something. But I never will ever again and I would never ever recommend someone to that location. Absolutely terrible.

Went in yesterday for the first time for one thing and had great service and help finding the right gear. Went in again today for something else and had a different person who was just as helpful and pleasant as the first one. No problem recommending this place, will be back.

Jacob and Nick are always knowledgeable and helpful with my questions! I look forward to seeing the friendly duo whenever I drop by! Great staff. The stamp card is cool too, but disappointing that it always seems to change, and old stamps can't be transferred either :/

My first time going to Smoke FX today and the service was incredible, the prices are the best I've seen yet and I've been to alot of smoke shops! Selection is also very big and easy to see what you want with a wide variety of flavours! Definitely recommend 10/10.

Sold me a fake, toxin emitting device, and charged me to replace it after I found out what it was and took it back. Edit: I see this has a response. Your own employee told me it was fake when I brought it back, scoffing at the fact I thought it was real.

Selection was good, staff was friendly. It was my 2nd time at this particular smoke fx location. Prices were good, not as good as ordering online from the USA in the good ol days before the 'vape mail ban' but good all things considered.

I do not appreciate being scolded while lm trying to shop. Customers usually like to touch and feel what they are going to buy. If I can't even take a sealed box from the shelf to read the packaging, then I won't be returning.

Staff have always been friendly and given good flavour recommendations when I couldn't choose. The smoke fx punch card always makes buying pods from here an easy choice as you get a free one after just a few purchases.

I really like these guys in there! Only had 1 mistake ever and they fixed up no questions asked! Great knowledge on the products, friendly service as well the rewards program is a nice bonus after your 5th purchase!

Lots of selection, friendly staff and they offer stamp cards. Buy 5 juices and you get one for free once your stamp card is filled. Prices are the best around. This is my go to shop for vape supplies.

Great place to get your vape supplies. Good prices. Be nice if you could pay debit at cash but they have a bank machine that doesn't charge you a service charge. Proper receipts would be nice too.

I ordered online and went to the March Rd location for curb side pick up and it was great. Friendly service and very quick from beginning to end. Had no issues.
